Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We have had to use support many times, there is a process issue when a staff member has signed up for an account on their own, which is not associated with the corporate account, and that has to be changed before you can add that staff member's email into the corporate account. It sounds like it shouldn't be an issue but it is, over and over again.

Support though does have their processes down well, the issue gets addressed in a timely manner, and resolution is typically same day. So I'm saying support is a 10, though I would prefer to never have to contact them to begin with.

While understanding that Adobe is an extremely large enterprise and that technical support can be tedious, I would appreciate if assistance could be provided in a timely fashion. Our experience when having issues has been that a response takes hours and by the time we hear back, it is in the evening hours when our support team is not at work. They do respond and most of the time there is no need for escalation to a different department.

Support has been good however somewhat uneven across the board. I usually bring difficult questions to the table which can't be solved by a simple support document. Most L1 support engineers are helpful for the basics however I've found availability has been tough. Although support has been adequate, we get responses at off-work hours which is not ideal for the NE market.

I find Adobe Sign support to be lacking overall. The process is drug out and often unhelpful. Fortunately, the system's intuitive nature, customizable settings, and detailed online resources makes up for this deficit. I avoid contacting support unless necessary. Those not willing to first investigate the problem themselves before rushing to contact support will likely be frustrated.

I was struggling with access initially, [so I] sent a message to support. They contacted me very quickly and corrected the issue. Later on I had issues with a particular function- same great response and help.

Never had any issues. I don't recall a time when we had to contact support for a question. They only time we needed to contact Adobe is for assistance on some compliance questions and working on our Adobe contract/agreement. The fact that we don't have to contact support is because it is easy to use.

I have reached out in the last two years maybe twice, and this was early on. Each time I had to discuss an issue with a support person, it was handled and resolved quickly. Techs were respectful, honest, knowledgeable, and seemed like they really enjoyed assisting users.
