  • Business connection grow
  • Quick post insights
  • Multiple brand measurement
  • Good to have WhatsApp connection.
A social media audience is very important to generate quality leads and get to know user feedback and response for particular product launches. It's useful for other purposes like sending samples and running campaigns on social media. Adobe Social is the perfect tool to achieve the desired output with strategy effort done.

Adobe Social is a great social management platform. One issue my business used to have one issue in the past: we would struggle to look for the correct individuals for our products. Using Adobe Social, we managed a deeper relationship with our customers and boosted our productivity.

I used Adobe Social when I use to have my own business on social media. After many months I was having no success in finding the correct clients for my products. Using Adobe Social I was able to market and discover different ways of searching for the correct clients and later on helped my business grow.

I don't really use many types of Adobe products however I used photoshop in the past and in terms of similarities they don't have much since it is for different purposes. The one thing they are great at is functionality. Many features and ways to finish the job effectively but overall great!
The reason why I give this rating is that the overall platform is simple to use. You don't need to be tech-savvy or have a vast understanding of how to work a marketing tool. It is very simple to use compared to different platforms and you learn a lot of different ways to build your business.
The reason why I give this a 9 out of 10 in terms of support is because of the mobile app functionality. I have had many issues in terms of logging in and also loading pages. The app overall is easy to use but at what cost? Other than that it is great and I still enjoy Adobe Social.

Adobe Social is used to tie our social promotions back to our web analytics to measure reach, sentiment and conversion. It is primarily used by Corporate Marketing, however, we do have some field marketing sites that contribute.
  • Gives you one place to allow other employees to post content, moderate it and approve or modify.
  • Integrates into Adobe Analytics very well provided you're main KPI is lead conversion.
  • The functionality is still buggy. Several features are not reliable such as posting videos to YouTube.
  • The systems is not good if you're looking to correlate posts to campaigns that are not specifically lead gen activities.
Adobe Social is best suited for B2C or eCommerce, but not general brand awareness initiatives. You can't adequately track social campaigns not specifically designed for conversion.
  • No impact really. Other than getting other employees to look at posting content.
Originally started with Radian 6 for social listening, however, it requires way too much hands-on time for small teams. Again, a robust systems for large B2C and ecommerce sites.
Software still too buggy. Have been working on a bug fix since April of this year.
  • Vendor implemented
  • Moderating others posts is quite easy and intuitive.
  • Adding a social campaign is easy enough.
  • Easy to post a new social update but difficult to customize by channel.
  • Tagging must be done right or you'll be all messed up.
  • Not enough data showing on the dashboards requiring you to dig into raw data constantly.
No
Even though they advertised such they never launched. Big disappointment.
Social moves at the speed of light, Adobe Social doesn't. I found posting via the system very cumbersome.

  • Combination of Omniture and Adobe Social help to connect the dots between social engagement and site activity, leading to greater insight into the buying trends of customers.
The service is on a downward spiral. Once a great product, Adobe is focusing their efforts in the wrong components of the tool. The listening component is not very good, yet seems to be the only component that Adobe wants to emphasize. Analytics are getting better in Facebook native and Adobe Social has not kept up. There would be great value in the tool if they were able to integrate more robust analytics for hard to measure platforms like Google+ and Twitter, but metrics for these are still scarce or inaccurate.
All feedback is based on transition from 2.0-3.0. Overall tool is useful, but not worth the money for more experienced enterprise clients. As our needs have evolved, the tool sadly had not kept up with our pace.

  • Vendor implemented
The implementation was done during our POC. We had a very mixed experience here, and have had some issues arise since based on the way the tool was implemented. An Adobe employee went ahead and made a change to our account that was unauthorized (helpful for our implementation) which caused issues in on boarding another team who needed the same change, but could not get it done without costly Adobe certification.
  • Online training
Training was long and a little confusing. While a number of features carried over, they were still covered in this elongated training. It would have been nice to have training tailored to experience level with the product.
No customization has currently been made available to us.
The Adobe support team is really helpful. We have recently gone through a number of account reps since our favorite rep was promoted off of our account, so we are hoping for better service in our newest rep.
The new UX is gorgeous and overall usability of the tool has improved greatly, but there has also been an increase in slow loads and overall login issues.
  • Omniture
Not sure. Implemented by Adobe team and managed by our web analytics team.
