- I need help on 401K annual testing and sent an email to ADP a week ago with a high importance marked, but so far no response received. Though I receive prompt help after finding and calling into the customer service line, having the email communication channel work will be better.

- No payroll issues.
- Able to write paper checks with taxes and deductions calculated
- Deductions and garnishments are simplified
- If you owe employee and they no longer are employed, need area for that
- other explanations for termination or allow to add information

- Inputting employee data not generated in ADP for W-2's - very frustrating to have to contact support instead of entering myself - they mess enter incorrect totals and try to adjust employee info, when it is company end or report only (box 12 info).

Valuable Resource
- Keeps accurate payroll data for employees as well as the business
- Provides 24/7 access to employees for their personal needs
- Keeps us informed of changes in the laws/regulations/rules pertaining to hiring, minimum wage, etc.
- Submits wages reports to Federal and State authorities
- Helps us find answers to questions regarding hiring out-of-state employees (remote workers).
- Pre-packaged reports could be improved. Our previous payroll provider had standard (canned) Quarterly and Year-End Reports. I couldn't find any on RUN and had to make up my own, which took some time. I had to pull reports from previous quarters/years from the other provider to figure out what I needed. While having the ability to customize reports is great, I feel that more "standard" packages could be offered.
- When starting a ticket, I don't need to be emailed about my own updates to the ticket. I did that. I know I did that. Stop sending emails regarding my updates. I only need to be notified when someone from ADP updates my ticket.

- Listens to users
- The constant switching between customer service reps can be rough. It's like each one knows something but doesn't really know how all the pieces and parts connect.
- Customer service reps should understand tax laws in the state they work in and then be guided to those same state clients .

Comparable to Most Other Payroll Solutions
- Once set up RUN is simple enough for non-accountants to feel comfortable navigating
- RUN provides ample notifications to ensure payroll is processed in time for employees to receive their pay checks on schedule.
- RUN does a great job of making sure all state and federal reporting is taken care of
- The reporting in RUN is not as useful or intuitive as it's similar competitors
- The setup and accounting system integration process could be more user friendly

- Customer Service is exceptional. They respond quickly and are always kind.
- The system is user friendly and it takes little time to learn the layout.
- The employee onboarding is straightforward and we have the option of allowing the employee to do this themselves, which we like.
- Downloading certain tax reports could be more simple
- On the wholesale platform we are unable to chat with a live agent
- It'd be nice if we're able to add the client's logo to the profile and pay stubs
- Timesheet management and submission
- Vacation time submissions
- Providing tax time documents easily and timely
- Can't think of anything, it does everything I would want it to

Far More Than I Ever Expected
- Employee usage is very simple for them to grasp vs our prior provider.
- Reporting is easy to navigate and user friendly with more options.
- Updating information is quick and easy while still safe and secure
- Shorten times required to obtain assistance with issues.
- Improved training during onboarding
- Better understanding that not everyone understands ADP and industry terminology and information at same levels so when speaking to people you must understand your audience and adjust accordingly. You can't instruct with resolutions as if helping coworker that has same level of knowledge as you when person has little to no understanding of what you are referring to leading to mutual frustration and no resolution of issues...only poor experiences.

- I understand that the timekeeping part could be more user-friendly and consistent, based on feedback form last year's summer employees. I will be checking it out myself this year.
- Because we farm in Michigan, OT pay is not required. I did not look closely enough to see that it was being paid, and we spent $750 unintentionally on OT. Would be great to have that as a question on the "onboarding" process.
