We use Run to run our payroll, keep track of pay stubs and complete tax information. Our team is small but growing and it seems to be scaling ok for our current needs. It is used by myself and our part time accountant. We also use it to run reports every so often.
- The software is very easy to use when it comes to running payroll.
- We have also not had any trouble setting up new employees and helping them access their
- Pay stubs.
- There is not a ton of detail so if you need a simple and light weight payroll, it is pretty good.
Cons
- They do not have the best customer service team
- Their product is not very customizable
- They could have more prebuilt reports and have those reports easier to find

Run by ADP makes payroll a breeze for a small company! Easy to use web site allows quick and easy data entry. Accurate and reliable calculations and instant reporting documents are awesome. They do all of the payroll reporting and make all payments for me. This frees me up to actually do the work that makes money!

- If I ever have a question, help is available right away.

We use ADP for our current payroll system. We used to use Summit HR & Payroll in 2017 and were very unhappy with the company and the payroll products they offered. I use RUN by ADP at another job and really am happy with the product and support. Making the switch to ADP was easy.
- Easy to learn and use the website.
- Customer service is fast and knowledgeable when needed.
- Reporting and getting information for our bookkeeper is easy.
Cons
- Adding notes to paystubs has a limited amount of space available. A few more lines of text would be helpful in my case.
