  • Mobile app easy to use but processed payroll without finishing by accident.

I appreciate the customer service, local representative who is available to answer all questions and sit with me to do the initial payroll setup.

Pros
  • Run payroll

  • Same day payroll.
  • Better communication on cut-offs for different time zones.
Likelihood to Recommend
Any client with over 15 employees is best suited to RUN Powered by ADP®. I've used other payroll processors but none really match the quality and care that RUN Powered by ADP® has.

Pros
  • Customer service availability is outstanding
  • Makes running payroll simple
  • Cannot reiterate enough about the outstanding customer service

From day one, Jake Strong and Kathy Martinez have been amazing with assisting me to get started and any questions I have along the way. Ms. Martinez has chimed in to walk me through the various screens to run payroll. She called me the 1st few times running payroll to make sure I was okay and if I needed any help. She continues to reach out and check in on me. We have had a brief conversation about W-2s and she will reach out again when that time gets closer.

ADP-Easy to use, Great Customer Service and great integration.

We use RUN for our Payroll and Time and Attendance. I am the office manager and I approve time cards and PTO requests through ADP. We also utilize paying our employees through this program. I did not come from a payroll background so your product makes my job more simple. You also have great customer service.
Pros
  • Easy navigation through screens
  • Excellent customer support
  • Great Reports
Cons
  • It would be nice to enter time off in blocks of time instead of each day.
  • More clarity on how to set up new systems for new companies.
  • It would be nice to not have to pay extra for the HR service or if ADP could answer questions that may have to do with HR.
Likelihood to Recommend
I have always had excellent customer service, the staff are patient and explain well if you are a new user of ADP. I like the ease of the website and doing what I need to do as far as payroll and time off. The website is very easy to navigate. It would be helpful to have an area where you can see how something is done if you don't have time to call customer service.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use it primarily for our payroll. We are a small church with only 1 employee. This is a great product that not only pays our employee but also does it via direct deposit and pays our quarterly taxes.
Pros
  • Payroll - easy automatic setup
  • Pays taxes quarterly (automatically)
  • Customer service has been excellent (Losha!) helping walking me through any hiccups I've encountered along the way
Cons
  • The portal could be slightly easier to navigate, perhaps using pop-ups
Likelihood to Recommend
My experience is limited to the setup of payroll for our church which is new and small. We only have one employee but needed to get the payroll and taxes part set up. The reps have been excellent in helping set everything up. They walked me through the sections I was missing information. It was discovered I was missing some info from the state office so they called the state office with me on the line. This would definitely address any issues with payroll, taxes, and legal status. I highly recommend it.
