My employees do not use RUN Powered by ADP's Employee Access portal. They have not set it up online. It would be irrelevant to some of my employees because they do not have email accounts. Therefore, I see no benefit for my organization. It may be beneficial for other types of organizations.

[RUN Powered by ADP] processes my bi-weekly payroll. Provides information in regards to State and Federal Regs that I was not really getting when my bank was providing payroll services.
Pros
  • Reminds me to run payroll early when a holiday is upcoming
  • Reminds me to run payroll
  • Allows employee access to W-2s so I don't have to provide
Cons
  • I would have liked a better interface when Terminating an employee.
Likelihood to Recommend
For most part I am extremely happy with RUN [Powered by ADP]. I like the mobile version. I feel that an integrated time clock for employees should be included in the software. To pay for that is ridiculous.

We use RUN Powered by ADP® for our W2 employees. RUN Powered by ADP® makes logging hours for employees and running payroll easy. Employees can log in and out and admins can edit time as necessary.
Pros
  • Timekeeping
  • Direct deposit
  • Recording accrual of PTO and sick time
Cons
  • The ability to mark that PTO an sick time will not be paid out upon separation of employment.
Likelihood to Recommend
RUN Powered by ADP® is easy to use for both the employer and the employee. Time tracking is key with remote work.

I use RUN Powered by ADP occasionally throughout the year for special/off cycle commission payments. RUN Powered by ADP is very easy and efficient to use. I also use it for end of year reporting for the owners.

We use Run Powered by ADP for time tracking and payroll. Integrating Run Powered by ADP with time tracking has reduced the amount of time our payroll department spends on payroll each week. Run Powered by ADP integrates well with our Accounting program.
Pros
  • integrates attendance and payroll.
  • The program's intuitiveness has reduced the software's learning curve for new employees.
Cons
  • Saving payroll and returning to it later is absolutely exhausting. It always results in redoing something that was completed and saved prior to closing.
Likelihood to Recommend
The ease of use and the way it integrates with our accounting software are clear winners for us. Saving payroll midway through and returning to it later is a lesson in patience.

I have been using RUN Powered by ADP for two years. It is very easy to get around the site, easy to use in all sections. I really haven't come across any areas that I feel are less appropriate.
