They have seamlessly integrated our office payroll and taxes. They walked me through my first two payroll entries which was so helpful. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I have also received several calls to see how well things are working for us. I would highly recommend RUN Powered by ADP®!

Cons
  • Some headings aren't very clear and it sometimes takes a while to find what I'm looking for.

If you are wanting to switch to a payroll service from in-house paper check writing, as our office has done, they make the process seamless and easy.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We currently use RUN for whole company, but we use it differently in the UK compared to the US. Those is the US have an augmented view of RUN, more of a service center to view your pay, taxes, and how much is taken out for benefits. As for those in the UK, they use it to track their hours, submit pay stubs, and apply for vacation.

  • Easy View Dashboard.
  • Easy to view trends.
  • Quick payment breakdown.
  • Visibility.
Cons
  • The work perks opens up a different site. I wish they were integrated.
Likelihood to Recommend
Like I have said previously, our companies use the RUN app differently - I would assume it is appropriate for most companies. We use it for our small office in the US, as well as our larger portion of our company in the UK. When it comes down to it, I believe you can demo out ADP.

good for payroll and wages.
attention to small businesses can be significantly improved. Technical issues with IRS and government notices takes very long time to get answered. Ive had notices that it took over 9 months to get a response, every time i speak to an agent, I get forwarded or incorrect information is provided. too big to understand the needs of small businesses. Agents promise somethings, but are not communicated, for example, ADP was suppose to file my quarterly taxes, they didn't, I have accumulated finance charges from the IRS, agent said they will cover those charges, next agent denied. no consistency and very frustrating.

RUN Powered by ADP made the transition from our old payroll company easy, seamless, and stress-free. I didn't have to worry about whether or not I was forgetting a step or missing information. They sent a rep to get us set up and hold our hands along the way. They equipped us with the knowledge and tools to confidently take over payroll ourselves.

  • Easy to use.
  • A lot of resources.
Cons
  • Providing detailed costs of items. Each item should be broken down.
  • Better help with representatives.
Likelihood to Recommend
  • Good to do payroll but can be more user-friendly. If you want to give a raise, you should be able to put in the annual amount instead of breaking it down to what it would be bi-weekly.
  • Needs a better breakdown of what is being charged to the client.
  • Good library. Also, good at sending our what to stay on top of regarding HR.
