I use RUN Powered by ADP® for payroll and tax purposes.

I really like the website & having a single portal where I can manage multiple aspects of our business. The snapshots on the homepage are helpful & efficient. ADP Workforce makes the onboarding process much easier, and I love that the employees can have their own log-in and the ability to make certain changes and access their pay stubs and information, etc. We also have our Workers' Comp through ADP and the process of creating my own COIs has been super quick & easy...saving me a ton of time. I also have found the Customer Service, especially the chat option, to be super helpful.

The business problems that we had were with another payroll company before we had ADP --unfortunately our payroll taxes were not being paid or being paid correctly. Due to this issue we were in the market to switch our payroll provider. In the past we previously had ADP and due to the circumstances of our situation, it was beneficial to go with ADP as we had them previously, so making the switch back was relatively easy.

We keep it simple. We use it to stay in compliance with the state (insurance and tax reporting) and for W2 employee(s). We run payroll once at the end of the year and do monthly check-ins to make sure insurance remains active. That's pretty much it.

I use RUN to process my clients payroll. By using the RUN platform payroll is easy enough for my clients (and in some cases their employees) to enter themselves in a short amount of time. So I am no longer required to spend paydays in front of my computer entering hours and filing forms with IRS & state agencies.

We use Run Powered By ADP on a daily basis for our own payroll and for the payroll of the 55+ accounts we manage. I like that it is a simple to use platform and it gives us notices about holidays that are coming up or if the system thinks that there is an error. It's also very helpful with our clients who are multistate because it helps us to ensure that we are in compliance.

As hr/payroll director, I handle all facets and, since converting from another provider over to RUN Powered by ADP®, my life has been much smoother and stress levels have dropped significantly thanks to the user-friendliness of RUN Powered by ADP®. With our prior provider reporting was cumbersome and time consuming while we find ADP unbelievably user-friendly and so much faster there is no comparison. With my time being of great value this is but one of the many areas where our conversion over to ADP has brought an obvious return on investment to not only our organization but to myself.

We are farmers who grow sweet cherries, and often hire summer college interns. We use RUN for payroll, and it has significantly reduced the amount of time I spent calculating taxes etc. The program is straightforward and easy to use, especially once used a few times. Year-end W2s and filings were a breeze, eliminating the work on my end.

It is used for payroll processing, time and attendance, as well as Background checks with the HR Portal. Included in time and attendance are leave accruals and requests.

We use it for running payroll and tax payments. We are currently learning how to create our new handbook with RUN as we a new company implementing it for the first time. We use the HR section of RUN to help us find forms for our employees for onboarding and HR questions.

We utilize it for all things payroll and tax filing! They have made it easy to access and process payroll anywhere and the system set up is incredible user friendly and easy to use. The reports function is simple. I have utilized other companies before that are clunky, but RUN Powered by ADP is a powerful tool yet manageable to use. With only a few clicks of the buttons, I can add deductions, run earnings and deduction reports, especially for our IRA employee deductions. I also like the notifications that they send to you to ensure tasks can be managed timely and without delay. The customer service has been great, but also enjoy how many of the answers you can find online.

I have not experienced day-to-day issues. We did however experience issues when changing entity names. We were unaware that the Tax Liability defaults to "1" unless you enter the employee's election. Another thing is we were not aware that this change would prompt two separate W-2s.

For a small company, we really appreciate the consolidated place to take care of payroll, tax liability management, worker's compensation management, and year-end reporting. As a startup, we have also made use of and appreciate the training materials supplied by RUN Powered by ADP®.

We use RUN Powered by ADP® to process our biweekly payrolls, perform payroll reporting, and reimburse employees for business expenses they incur on behalf of the company. There aren't any specific business problems that RUN Powered by ADP® solves for us, other than just normal payroll services. We are a moderately small company with about 25 employees.

We use ADP Run for our own payroll as well as our clients.

We use it for payroll, and 401k and are going to be signing up for healthcare. The system is easy to use and quick to learn. We had 2 account reps who helped us get set up who I still speak to this day. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to switch.

We use RUN for our biweekly payroll. It has made it easier for the business to run smoothly. A lot of employees ask for their paystubs. RUN Powered by ADP has made it easy to download their stuff and print it. A lot of our employees prefer to access their account in ADP to view their paystubs and change their info.

We use RUN for our monthly payroll service. It is very user-friendly and has a great interface. All of the information you need is easily accessible - adding new employees, viewing reports, running payroll, etc. Now that you can put in a ticket to request assistance, my questions have been answered much more quickly than before.

We use RUN to process payroll and track our workman's comp insurance. We no longer have to track everything by hand. Everything is submitted for us including the insurance information, state and federal taxes. W2s and 1099s are issued through them as well. Makes it so much easier to do business.

We use RUN for our Payroll and Time and Attendance. I am the office manager and I approve time cards and PTO requests through ADP. We also utilize paying our employees through this program. I did not come from a payroll background so your product makes my job more simple. You also have great customer service.

I run payroll and ADP takes care of everything including a tax deduction and payment. I also see the reports which show information about pay, taxes, and other deductions.

I run bi-weekly payroll which includes paying commissions, hourly, salary, bonuses, and 401k deductions.
