ADP Vantage HCM is a fully-integrated platform combining the pillars of human capital management: HR, payroll, benefits, talent management and time & attendance.Nostalgic for PayForceWe use Vantage for payroll processes and it was implemented as a replacement for PayForce.,fairly intuitive most of the time nice new user experience for employees with MyADP can process payroll,functionality is spotty - some things work differently depending on the field or page you are on - but not consistently across the application - some user ID fields need to use a leading zero - some you cannot use a leading zero lots of wasted space which requires the use of slide bars to view info - tons of extra key strokes to view or get into the information you want not a lot of thought given to how users will utilize/interact with the application - during our testing phase we were finding issue that should have been resolved in beta testing - some reports the headers are illegible due to poor formatting which we were told were a 'vantage design' and that we would get used to it the best way to get system enhancement requests to ADP is to complain/comment on The Bridge was the direction we were given we had a fully functional system which did all that we needed and were forced to 'upgrade' to a product which does not provide the basic functions that we had on the 'old/outdated' application - would have expected to get at least what we had plus some new functionality - now forced to redesign processes and find ways to work around vantages' limitations,7,negative -it slows our processing due to limitations and issues negative - makes us more reliant on our service rep which slows us down (we used to be able to make changes like adding departments on our own - now our rep has to do this and other maintenance for us) negative - we now have to pay for ADP to process adjustments for us instead of being able to use adjustments on our own,payforce,TimeForce, Oracle HCM Cloud, Microsoft Office 2016,8,2,calculation of payroll maintenance of employee info and history reporting,analytics additional reporting timekeeping,5,data bridges - if setup correctly (which is challenging) work well fairly intuitive to move around although often have to execute several commands to do something simple - too many clicks required for everything,takes too many clicks or scrolls to find or view information - the use of the screen space can be annoying if you are looking at an employees information and need to review history it takes you to the 1st tab and you have to navigate back to where you were each time - very cumbersome and not well designed lack of consistency across screens - some sort one way others sort differently - some fields require a leading zero while some will not yield results if a leading zero is used why are we finding issues with system that should have been resolved in beta testing lack of effective dating is troubling and likely to cause issues with auditing batch output reports are poorly designed and difficult to use/audit - or some no longer exist (PayForce ALPAY002A) ...,Yes, but I don't use it,2ADP has potentialWe use ADP Vantage across the organization for the following areas: HRTalentLearningPerformanceBenefitsPayrollTime/AttendanceReportingOur Employees use it for their HR/Payroll portal to submit things electronically and our Management team utilizes this for their staff to approve time cards, time off, changes, etc. It streamlines workflow.,Technology Advancement - striving to make changes that companies need. getting buyer input Reporting,Missing functionality across their ADP Vantage platform. Having to go to multiple links to make changes to 1 employee record.,9ADP Vantage HCMComing from utilizing ADP Ev5, Self Service, eTime, & Virtual Edge with my previous employer, each requiring a user ID and password, I surely can appreciate the ONE log in used in obtaining all these services. It integrates everything seamlessly. I find Vantage innovative and definitely takes into acccount the technology age we are in. Employees, Managers, and Practioners all utilize Vantage reducing the antiquated need of paper trails. Employees can change their personal information, tax information, benefits information, review pay stubs, see what's going on in the company, review company policies, review PTO balances, etc! Managers can request transfers, promotions, terminations, raises, review employees' timecards', approve PTO request, & more! Practioners can utilize Vantage to make everything Payroll, HR, and Benefits related within easy access. All done with one log in and without the need of paper. The workflow with recruiting, human resources, payroll, & benefits is truly something to consider. Everything is done in Vantage. Everything is tracked in Vantage. The product is user friendly. Definitely more involved at a practioner and site admin level, but if you are familiar with ADP products, its an easy transition.,It's a fairly new product; they are constantly implementing updates. With that being said, it can cause more issues, but thats always a risk with system updates. Some updates have caused errors within the employee files that were discovered during the payroll transmission process. A believe a longer UAT window will be helpful and better communication between ADP and clients during the updates.,9,Reduces paper trail; tasks and approvals are done in Vantage with an audit trail. Personnel changes are done more quickly and efficiently,10ADP Vantage HCM ReviewFriendly user interface and easy on the eyes. Users utilize multiple functions through menus much like a standard website. My company also uses SAP, which can be somewhat difficult for those who are not technically proficient. Easy to update settings and workflow. Implementation team was helpful and friendly.,When ADP releases updates, it sometimes causes issues with our current setup - mainly in terms of security access profiles. If they add a new feature or update an old one, sometimes those profiles will default to having access, which can cause a problem in terms of segregation of duties. The initial support we received when we first went live from a payroll perspective was not the best. Our implementation team rolled off and we were informed that a new group would support us. Unfortunately, they did not know our entire set up, so they were, at times, as lost as we were. (This has improved over the last year.),There was a major decrease in terms of paper processes. Items that require an approval are now done through ADP Vantage (such as a pay change or promotion). This prevents a form from sitting on a manager's desk for days until they can physically sign it. Approvers can review and approve a transaction from anywhere that they have internet access. HR no longer has to build organizational charts through Vizio - ADP Vantage provides organizational charts.,8,8

sometimes I wish there was a better alternative - it is a good product but very expensive and we don't always receive the level of support that could be expected when paying such a high premium - we were basically forced to migrate onto this new platform that does more than we want as a payroll only client but were not given an alternative - this newer and better product had to be customized to perform tasks we expected to be standard and required a lot of our time and effort to manage at higher costs and our level of support reduced - was not a very satisfying experience - although it now functions as needed and most of the time it is ok - there are very basic issues which should have been resolved in beta testing that are a constant frustration - hope more time and planning is being put into whatever is currently in development to avoid this in next 'upgrade' of the product
