when required to move from PayForce to Vantage we expected to have greater functionality and reporting - did not expect to be forced to move to a product that was not ready, provided less functionality, required more dependence on ADP Service Rep for day to day function and cost more - was a big swing and a miss for ADP

Have not really explored Vantage thoroughly. My rating may change over the next few weeks, months, etc. I have found pros and cons with the platform and once I adapt, I'm sure to find more benefits.

I feel compared to some of the competitors ADP at times is lacking innovation due to the numerous products they offer. Most vendors offer fewer products which allows for innovators to work on one and perfecting that.
