We use it to enter our time on the timecards. We use the Time Off feature to request time off, and that makes it easier to track our balances. I run reports to see what percentages were coded to certain grants. The payroll has become less time-consuming and much easier to process.

Employees are able to enter their own time and request time off. Supervisors can approve or deny, and their balances are updated, making it easy to keep track. Employees can make changes to their personal information and bank and tax information. Workforce Now has lessened the workload for me.

We use ADP Work Force Now to handle payroll and HR needs. We process payroll for all staff that are paid bi-weekly and we have Board members that are paid once a month. We use the HR portion of Work Force Now to process hiring new employees and also terminating employees.

In the beginning of joining ADP/Work Force Now, we had several issues with our implementation specialists. We were told incorrect things and we really struggled to learn the system and were about to give up on using ADP. After attending the ProSummit, we got in contact with all the right people and our outlook on ADP changed. We have been thoroughly impressed with all the help that we have now received. We are looking forward to using ADP in the future.

ADP is our sole payroll provider. I was new to payroll in 2017, the transition was very smooth thanks to the wonderful support from our ADP sales and customer service center.
The employee portal is easy for my staff and I never hesitate a call to customer service no matter the scope of my question or concern.
ADP has helped to streamline the process in all aspects of the HR and Payroll I am responsible for.
I get solicitation of other payroll platforms, but have no desire or need to leave ADP WFN!
  • customer service is generally nice and helpful
  • I am able to customize reports specific to my needs with ease
  • so helpful to have chat and the bridge which eleviates the need to be on the phone for help
  • customer service needs to direct to the correct department as soon as they realize its not their expertise
  • customizing reports, step by step, to attempt on my own would be nice
  • validation tables are very confusing, would be great to have again, step by step inside that area to attempt to do on my own
  • Quick calc for a potential employee
Ease of use for payroll purposes has suited me well with my inexperience when I landed in this job.
We are a small not-for-profit org so all the bells and whistles and offers are 1) not affordable and 2) continuous emails and phone calls in relation to expanding my WFN is frustrating. I also often get a call soliciting ADP like we aren't yet customers. This is odd to me.

We use ADP for Our employee record keeping ,in term of clocking in and out, vacation ,benefits and employee manual updates.

We are using it across our whole organization of around 50 employees. We have been using ADP for the last 5 years or so at least. We are using it for Payroll, Benefits, Learning Management Software. We also use it for time keeping purposes and for time off record keeping.

Our organization currently uses ADP Workforce to process and manage payroll and HR operations for our employees. We run bi-monthly payroll for our employees and third-party contractors. Employees have access to their paystubs, vacation time, sick time, etc. all through the ADP app. Operations within this platform run smoothly and are as simple as any payroll software that I've used.

  • A greater variety of packages (i.e. tiered pricing for smaller organizations).

Well suited If you are new to the HR world this software package is a breeze to start using. No detailed onboarding or training is required. Less appropriate If your organization is rather small, the comprehensive solutions provided by ADP might not be a great fit. The costs of the software are not insignificant.

We use ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and HR functions for 2 companies. Workforce Now enables us to onboard a new employee seamlessly, and the employee can choose to elect e-Earning Statements once an invite is sent and an account created. Every step of adding a new employee is easy to follow and self-explanatory. The payroll and reporting ends are efficient, without my payroll person having to spend a lot of time to get payroll and reporting done.
  • Employee profiles; pay, personal, and employment are easy to navigate and edit.
  • Sample reports are useful! We used the sample reports to apply for PPP loans and forgiveness and for insurance audits every year.
  • We can easily upload a file with hourly employees' hours.
  • The font size of employees' pay rate on Pay Profile should be smaller. I'm always worried someone walks up to me and I can't minimize the screen fast enough.
  • Assigning a time-off policy isn't easy to find.
  • Vacation accrual policy is set up behind the scenes, I'd like to see the criteria without calling customer service.
ADP Workforce Now takes away the burden of having to make tax deposits and preparing employment quarterly/annual returns internally. Especially with us having employees in 2 states, it helps to let ADP take over the tax reporting. However, the Company must have funds in the bank account 2 business days before the pay date which may be a problem for companies who don't have the extra cash reserve.

ADP is well suited for the HRIS and recruiting. The reports are great also, available to create your own is a nice feature.
Payroll seems to run smoothly especially with the benefits enrollment that flows over to payroll.
Also, the uploading of documents and having employees acknowledge thru ADP is a big assistance for everyone, and the employees can use the acknowledged documents as referrals.

ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is the exclusive software used to track time, labor costs, costs by department and payroll/tax functions. WFN is our recordkeeper, payroll producer and tax advisor on all things payroll.

ADP Workforce Now (WFN) works well for large companies with well defined organizational and costing models. It is overkill for smaller companies that need a product to track time, produce accurate payroll numbers an accurately file tax reports.

ADP Workforce Now is used for employees' time, attendance, and benefits. Leavitt is a corporate organization, however, we are part of the Redwoods Leavitt branch. We have approximately 16 employees in our department, throughout the two offices in Oregon and two in California. We have our HR in another area/state that can assist with any questions or concerns we may have. I assist with approving and submitting payroll for our employees, while the agency co-owner is informed of the employees' times and attendance. Leavitt Enterprise uses ADP Workforce Now as a whole.
  • User Friendly: Easy to read and follow.
  • Organized: Keeps important details.
  • Thorough: Makes you save progress with tasks, keeps you updated with changes.
  • Convenient: Able to access once logged onto the system, simple concept with clocking in and out. Able to pull tax forms and payment summary for ones self.
  • Notes: Unable to post notes to employees' times/days when they are out of the office. This would be nice to note why a person is gone for record-keeping.
  • User Settings: ADP Workforce Now would be neat if you can customize your user portal with backgrounds and colors - make it your own.
  • More often company news and announcements updates.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited in letting employees have access to their information. It's easy to make changes to address, benefits, and requesting time off. It's very confidential when it comes to employees' wages and benefits, only the user or HR can potentially access this. Email notifications get sent to employees after approval for times off or changes. Email notifications, I get at times, are unclear. "One or more employees have exceptions on their timecard. Please login to ADP to handle the exceptions." Most of the time it is for a missing time punch that needs to be entered before payroll is submitted to an employee's time or it is regarding overtime.

I used ADP as an employee at another organization. In my current role, I underwent the process of reviewing and changing HRIS providers for the organization after negative feedback about the current provider. I was very pleased and impressed with the products and support offered by the team at ADP. The implementation was thorough and allowed us to train staff over time. The system effectively streamlined HR functions and recordkeeping into being more efficient than with our previous service provider.

We use [ADP Workforce Now] for payroll, benefits management, and time-off tracking - [I feel] it is extremely flawed software with so many issues and bugs, that it honestly would be faster to do payroll manually. [In my opinion] customer service is horrific and has to be hounded to address concerns.

ADP WFN implementation was super easy and pretty quick. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I have gone through an implementation before and this was seamless compared to my last one. IT also has metrics that I would normally track on my own and now it is all automated and accurate which makes my job more simple.

We have roughly 20 employees that use our ADP Kiosk and we love it. It makes sure that our employees take a full 30 minute break per CA requirements but not allowing them to clock back in early from break. They use a passcode since the biometric processing became difficult and cumbersome.

We use it to onboard our new hires, keep track of time clock functions, and run payroll. It does allow us the convenience of having one program to assist with all of these functions.
  • It makes onboarding a new employee simple while eliminating paper copies of everything
  • Reviewing time card punches is streamlined and easily fixed when there is a mistake
  • I appreciate all of the training on the program there is available.
  • Sometimes, it is difficult for new hires to use the program to enter the information
  • Time clock functionality is oftentimes down during the time of day we need it most
  • Would like some sort of time clock option that allows non-management associates to be able to check their time clock punches for the day and correct them on the spot.
For the most point, ADP Workforce Now is a fairly user-friendly program but it is also frustrating when it doesn't function as we would like it to.

We are using it for outsourcing our payroll and tracking time. All employees are clocking in and out so time is recorded accurately. It helps with timing issues and saves time with payroll and handing out checks each week. Everyone is adjusting to the new ways of using ADP. It seems to be moving along in the right direction. So far all is good.

ADP Workforce Now is used in my center and in about fifteen other centers under the same umbrella. I use it for payroll, tracking hours, staff signing in using facial recognition, onboarding, time and attendance, all employee documents, and more. I haven't experienced any major issues as of yet. They are always available to assist when needed.

We are using ADP across the whole organization for Payroll and Onboarding and will continue to add to our portfolio of the tools they offer. It has helped streamline our payroll and onboarding offer a better employee and new hire experience.

It is used company wide in all departments. As well as on a corporate level.
  • Time and attendance.
  • Being able to speak with a customer service rep personally instead of everything online.
If you have multiple companies with employees, in different locations t would work well. Because it is easily accessed by any administrator company wide.
If you are a small company with only one location and only a few employees. Don't think it would needed. I liked ADP Run better.

Our whole organization uses [ADP] Workforce Now. We have used the HRIS, Benefits, 401K, Time & Attendance, Talent Requisitions, and Payroll. Our financials are in Navision so we utilize the GL Upload Reporting to upload the data into that system. I can't express how much I, myself, use every aspect of [ADP] Workforce Now; reporting is huge as I use it for so many different things daily which helps all departments.
  • Reports are amazing! So much data is available and customizable.
  • So many reasons I am happy with ADP [Workforce Now], it is hard to name just a few. I am happy with the many aspects of ADP [Workforce Now].
  • I wish I had access to the actual reports for the carrier connections. There are concerns and issues with some reports with a carrier and it has been a long process to try and fix. It is also frustrating since I can't see if the data that is going to them is correct or not since I can't see the report.
  • Other than that, I cannot think of anything else at the moment. I know there are a few things that pop up that I would like to see or have the ability to do. [However,] the updates do help with adding features that we suggest throughout the year.
I really have been pleased with ADP Workforce Now and the customer service. Not to say that there are not times when I am very frustrated with issues that arise, but overall I am happy and would not want to switch to another platform.

  • Reporting can be tricky to set up in Custom Reports
  • Setting up PTO is cumbersome
Payroll is simple after you have been trained on how to process it in ADP Workforce Now! However, year-end reporting was tricky in that I was looking for a custom report--it took a few hours to figure out how to draw the information from the system. OSHA reporting requires monthly averages of staff and actual hours worked and overtime. I figured it out but had to do a month-by-month report. I would love a standard OSHA report template for next year.

We use the ADP Workforce Now as the payroll and time management system for our company.
  • Time tracking is very easy
  • Highly secure app
  • Easy payroll distribution to employees
  • The need to change a password every month is annoying, though respectable
This service is a very well-developed system with little to improve on. That being said, because it's top-tier it's also more expensive. At our company we decided to move away from it for now until we grow into a bigger organization.

ADP Workforce Now is being utilized across my entire organization. New hires are welcomed to the platform on their very first day of onboarding. Workers at my organization then go on to use the platform every single day of work after onboarding is completed. My organization also puts all of our training and quarterly assessments through the platform. We get very good use of the portal.
  • Easy access to Human Resources materials and info
  • Easy, on-demand access to payroll and benefits information
  • Organization-wide time and labor management portal
  • Would love to see easier accessibility on main page for the tabs most used
  • An easier to view time approval page by manager
  • More security for the platform overall to protect users' information
ADP Workforce Now is something I would highly recommend to any organization in search of an all-in-one Human Resource suite. The platform is extremely user friendly. My organization has had a positive experience from the very first day it was implemented. It is so efficient being able to have human resource management, payroll, benefits, talent management, and time and labor management all in one spot.
