I have used ADP Workforce Now for about four years now and I now know where to find certain information. As a new user, the interface may not be as user-friendly. ADP Workforce Now [is] difficult to navigate for specific information.

I find that it is well suited for my needs. No issues with using it. I would highly recommend using ADP for both professional and personal purposes as it is very handy on a laptop and mobile app as well. I have never had any issues using ADP at all.

It is a good and [well-suited] tool to track paychecks and past history of pay statements. The interface is clear and easy to visualize and access all the details [are] required quickly. Additional [benefits] can be obtained if accounts can be linked so that users can access expenses and savings by category in addition to income.

ADP Workforce is an appropriate system to use for large businesses to manage their employee's personal information, time sheets, and time off, as well as benefits. For a larger company, predominately one that is national and remote, it is helpful to get in touch with HR matters via this service.

Very effective to give associates easy access to their documents, personal and [payment] information, vacation requests. Ideal in a retail environment with lots of associates from different divisions across the country. Suitable for our payroll and HR depts as it gives them easy access to information. Document cloud storage makes the onboarding process easier. I can't think of a scenario where it would be less appropriate offhand.

If you are looking to combine and manage all of your HR functions (from Benefits through Payroll) then ADP Workforce Now is a perfect solution. It also has additional modules that we aren't currently using (such as Performance Reviews). We will be implementing that in the next phase of our ADP solution.

I'd recommend it for small to mid-sized org that are looking for a solution that is easy to use, has good, straightforward functionality, and is cost-effective. For enterprise org, I'd recommend a more robust solution (and maybe ADP offers that) with a lot more functionality. Again, I think it's a two-way street and the companies themselves need to be diligent about the type of content they put into ADP, the breadth/depth of it, and how often it gets updated.

We used ADP Workforce Now for our Employee onboarding, as well as our payroll processing, tax processing, and garnishment. It is well suited for companies that want an easy-to-use off-shelf experience. Since our workforce size varied seasonally due to our customer's demands, we were constantly adding and removing employees. ADP Workforce Now's integration of onboarding and Payroll is seamless and is its main strength. ADP Workforce Now is not as well suited for custom integrations with other systems, we had some difficulties integrating our LMS and outside expense systems.

ADP WFN is great in the payroll/paycheck/tax. Their reporting has many great features and the reports easy to run and customize. Tax compliance and tax assistance is stellar. I never had problems with our taxes or being in compliance when we used ADP. They are an industry leader for that reason.

I've seen Workforce now used in companies of only 10 and up to 1000 people. It seems to have the stretch and give to work in both large and small companies. If a company is too large or too specific in what they do I could see needed something that was more specific to the industry. ADP works well in a general sense for a majority of companies.

Well suited If you are new to the HR world this software package is a breeze to start using. No detailed onboarding or training is required. Less appropriate If your organization is rather small, the comprehensive solutions provided by ADP might not be a great fit. The costs of the software are not insignificant.

ADP Workforce Now is well suited for many organizations. What I appreciate about ADP is they are always working on continuous improvement which is near and dear to our mission and vision. Providing and accepting suggestions is a huge strength and when using a management system you want that two-way communication so that your company's needs are met as you grow and change. I really appreciate that. ADP can be used in settings that engage educators, business personnel at any level, and is great for both mom and pop shops as well as large corporations. There is no limit to public or private use when considering this management system!

What ADP Workforce Now offers is very helpful. The drawbacks are how it functions from an IT perspective. The system can get bogged down and stop working. In order to correct these issues, I have had to clear my cookies and data on a daily basis then log in and out to have the program work.

We have all our employee's private information stored in a single easy-to-access program. We also have all the benefits information we need to reflect Desjardin's benefits system. It also serves to show how [many] hours employees worked so it makes payroll function easier and very helpful in calculating tax automatically.

I wish I knew how many times I've called ADP representatives for help with a myriad of issues - hold times can be an hour or longer, and when your call is answered they either 1) transfer you to another department or 2) say they don't know and to submit a ticket in the portal. The ticket issue is laughable, as they do not have a sense of urgency in getting in touch with any sort of assistance so I usually just go it alone - our payroll dept feels the same.

If you just need simple payroll solutions, this may not be the best fit. But, if you have employees in multiple jurisdictions, need integrated payroll and benefits/human resources applications, this is the way to go. Their support teams are great, and problems are almost always solved while on the phone or in a chat.

ADP Workforce Now takes away the burden of having to make tax deposits and preparing employment quarterly/annual returns internally. Especially with us having employees in 2 states, it helps to let ADP take over the tax reporting. However, the Company must have funds in the bank account 2 business days before the pay date which may be a problem for companies who don't have the extra cash reserve.

Basic payroll processing can be seamless. Contacting support services and getting answers to questions or requests timely is a problem. Too many levels of service bottlenecks the system. Not enough personal attention.

ADP is well suited for the HRIS and recruiting. The reports are great also, available to create your own is a nice feature.
Payroll seems to run smoothly especially with the benefits enrollment that flows over to payroll.
Also, the uploading of documents and having employees acknowledge thru ADP is a big assistance for everyone, and the employees can use the acknowledged documents as referrals.
