What is Agorapulse?
Agorapulse is a social media management tool that aims to help mid-sized businesses and agencies better manage their Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube activity.
This social media management tool allows users to post content, engage with their community, and download reports from a single dashboard that is designed to be intuitive. Conversations are captured with the inbox -- depending on the social network, it captures comments, mentions, direct/private messages, Facebook ad comments, and Instagram ad comments. All plans include collaboration tools to moderate or assign inbox items which makes getting through the inbox easier.
Current Instagram publishing features include: scheduling stories and carousel posts via push notifications, product tagging, PulseLink in bio, direct image and video publishing, tagging public usernames, and adding locations to single feed posts.
Additional options include external shared calendars to get content feedback and Power Reports to create customized reports in half the time.

So worth it.
Being able to schedule content for two different brands across five separate platforms and nine different profiles. See the engagement and reporting on posts
- The ability to duplicate content and easily select repetitive hashtags is really helpful and speeds up the workflow.
- The insight with the reporting is really helpful, from seeing the times followers are motst engaged to seeing how much of a video is completed.
- The ability to preview the instagram grid is really helpful and was one of the reasons I chose Agorapulse over its competitiors. The look of the grid is important to us.
- When it comes to choosing times to post, I would like Agorapulse to suggest times based on the times previous posts got good engagement. A competitor had this functionality but I can't remember who it was.
- When an image is not the right format/size, I would rather Agorapulse be able to tell me which one it is rather than just leaving me to have to investigate which one is problematic.
- A shortcuts tab to my most visited sections of Agorapulse would be helpful. E.g. I am always checking the best times to post from the global reporting tab.

Great value, all-in-one social media management tool
At our company, we use Agorapulse for scheduling and publishing social media content, creating cross-channel reports, responding to comments and messages, social listening and engagement, and collaborating with our internal team on all of these efforts. We are able to do all of this in one place and have a track record of the activity. Before Agorapulse, we were doing everything by email. This makes it much easier, especially knowing that other teammates can still receive an email if desired in order to be notified of action items on their end. We have two pro accounts currently used by myself and one other person on my team who is involved in the day-to-day of social media management at our company.
- Collaboration with internal team - competitors we evaluated didn't have the same ability to collaborate with our teammates and assign tasks or approvals across publishing, inbox, and social listening like Agorapulse has. This is a major plus for us!
- Customer service - excellent team and top notch communication
- Cost effective pricing - it is an all in one tool that solves the majority of our business needs for social media at good price
- Social listening included - it's great that we're able to monitor keywords and hashtags for our brands without an add-on fee. Many competitors charge extra for this feature, so we are grateful is included in our main plan.
- Having the ability to gain access for more than one account to view billing and invoices would greatly help our process and make it easier for us.
- For social listening on Instagram, we would love the ability to be able to filter out certain countries, only choose certain languages, and remove content from being seen that uses specific keywords.
- For assigning tasks in the Agorapulse inbox, our workflow would be enhanced if we could see all historical data in a chat between teammates rather than seeing only one message at a time with the single ability to assign and unassign. It does the basics of what we need for now, but this would make it even better.
- Having the flexibility to edit the text in the caption when cross-posting the same post across channels would make it easier to schedule and publish posts.

Agorapulse the platform for your social strategy needs!
We use Agorapulse to schedule our content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn for two brands, [...] and ]...]. In addition to content creation and scheduling, we also utlise social listening, inbox, and reporting. The reporting function easily allows us to see which posts have performed well and what we need to change, we can see the best time to post, popular types of post, and lots of details to help plan for most of the channels we use. We have two team members who use the platform daily and we've also made use of the shared calendar function for our manager to approve posts if necessary.

We LOVE Agorapulse!
Agorapulse is a dream social media management software!
We were looking for scheduling software that did exactly what's promoted, no hurdles. We're so happy that Agorapulse was that for us! We've tried many different competitors, but Agorapulse is my personal favourite, and the one that I'm going to be sticking with.
Not only is the scheduling software a breeze, but the analytics, assigning posts, inbox, and more, are fantastic features we use on the daily.
We're happy to use this software to post daily across many social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for both internal use and client use.

LOVE!
I create and post all content for multiple social media platforms. Without a scheduling tool, I would not be able to stay on top of social media. Agorapulse lets me easily schedule posts ahead of time, which gives my supervisors plenty of time to review/edit/revise my content.
- I love that I get a detailed list of new features and how to implement them after an update.
- The publishing tools are very simple to use and teach other members of my team.
- I like that you can create notes and toggle them on and off for a simplified view of the calendar.
- Sometimes the social media preview does not accurately display the image size. I have noticed this when publishing an image along with a link to our blog.

The only tool you'll need for all of your social media
Everything is in one place! Monitoring is easy and intuitive and social media management easy and efficient. It is easier and above all faster to be able to read all the comments and be able to respond to them in one place. The programming calendar is very well done. The gears are also well fitted. But above all what I like about Agorapulse is that it is an intuitive and very easy to use platform, not to mention the fast and efficient customer service.

Agorapulse is great for small business!
We use 9 social media platforms for our company. Using Agorapulse's social media management and scheduling is convenient and time-effective for the fast-paced property management/ real estate industry we're in.

- Inboxes ensure no message is ignored on FB and IG
- Allowing drafts to be held in its own tab helps with planning and keeping thoughts in order
- Site can freeze while work on a draft
- Cannot tag personal LinkedIn pages

Great tool that helps manage your time.
Agorapulse is used to manage the social media accounts of our K-12 Public education school district. Managing the social media account on various platforms for 7 different campuses made time management very difficult. This tool is a great time saver.

Agora is great! Small tweaks appreciated!
Agorapulse is being used by our community team, which is 2 people. Our associate position plans and schedules social media posts, while my position as manager is to review and either reassign for editing or approve for posting. Agora is great for managing everything from one place and makes it easier to export analytics for review.
- Laying out the different social media accounts on the calendar
- Allowing responses and tagging across social media all in one place
- Scheduling a post for multiple channels is easy and a time-saver
- Would love to have a draft feature. We often don't schedule things until the assets are ready, or use a placeholder image and swap them afterwards
- Editing posts intended for multiple channels is not as easy as scheduling them in the first place. I would love to edit and have the same menu I do as when I'm scheduling where I have my base text and then the adjusted text for each social media. It's rare that something I've planned to be a similar post across channels, needs editing, but only for one of those channels. e.g. Correcting mistakes or changing strategies.
- Currently, I export the analytics and put it in a Google Sheet where I have more control over the data, which I love. For me to use the Agora Reports system, I would need substantial features like comparing metrics in the same charts, using direct line charts instead of smoothed (smoothed charts look nice, but just obfuscate data), separating out paid growth, etc. It's probably too large an ask for what Agora is trying to provide, which is why the export tool is very useful.
- While I'm talking about it, a slight bug with the export tool is that when you export two things in quick succession, it just sends a duplicate of the first report via email. I'll export a CSV of Global data and then a CSV of Content, and if I do it too quickly, it doubles up the Global data and I don't get the Content until I resend.
- More specific filtering for listening. Sometimes someone has our brand in their name and we get ALL of their content. We have to add each user like this to the filter instead of being able to filter out usernames that contain it.

Fantastic software that saves time across the board!
We are a social media marketing agency and as such we create organic content for many different clients. Agorapulse enables us to create, organise and manage content and engagement all in one place for all of our clients. The community management tool is fantastic for keeping all of our engagement in one place and calendar sharing means we can send content to each other and clients for approval.
- Calendar sharing - great for internal and external approval
- Community management - it means we can keep on top of engagement for all of our clients in one place
- Report - it's really useful for us to be able to create such in depth reports that we can use internally but also share with clients so they can see the results of what we are doing
- Although rare, occasionally posts won't post without reason, which makes it hard for us to learn and avoid these mistakes in the future
- It would be great to see more Instagram integration, but I am aware that's due to issues with Instagram not Agorapulse
- It would be great to see other platforms integrated fully such as Google My Business
We use Agorapulse to centrally manage the company and my personal social media. It allows us to plan and address the marketing effort across the various social media platforms. It is key to assure that the posts are reviewed not only for their content but for message correctness. Another key aspect of social media is to have posts be delivered when they will create the most impact which means scheduling which is a key component of Agorapulse.

- When copying from one platform to another, one has to go and redo the tags or they will not come up properly. If the the @ is the same in the two platforms, it should take that into consideration and not ask to re-enter.
We use Agorapulse to consolidate and manage all social media interactions such as comments, likes, messages, and mentions. Our customer support lead manages everything from Agorapulse. It allows him to quickly review and respond to customers reaching out via Instagram and Facebook. Other social platforms are on Agorapulse but IG and FB are the main two we use.

- We use a different platform for Email support. It would be great if an email ticket system could integrate with Agorapulse so that all customer service is under one hood.

Your one-stop-shop for a small management agency
We use Agorapulse internally within our department, as well as externally with our clients to provide approvals, edits, and feedback for social media content. Currently, we have 5 full-time team members using the platform, and over 15 management companies utilizing the platform for their properties. Agorapulse is our primary driver to schedule content, download reports, respond to message, and social listening
- Agorapulse has fantastic customer service
- The UI is very intuitive and all team members are able to quickly adapt to the platform and new features
- New features are being testing and added all the time
- I really enjoy the reporting, both the visuals and the metrics provided
- I would like to see the pricing restructured for an Enterprise account, maybe a more customized approach since we don't need all the features available in enterprise.
- My team has experienced random lagging on the platform making it slow for them to do their work
- We need to figure out better social profile organization since we have over 160 profiles!
- We would also love to see Google My Business integration

My organization has 60 social media accounts and 12 user accounts connected to Agorapulse. We use it for day-to-day content scheduling, reporting and inbox features. It's used by our global office, 4 of our regional offices and for all subsidiary accounts, like accounts for special events and programs. We have used it for over a year and have a good experience with it. It solves workflow issues of the social media manager needing to look at different spreadsheets and saves a ton of copy/paste work, and as of recently even offers a BETA content library to store certain assets.
- I did a lot of research before making a decision, and Agorapulse ultimately won for offering the most/best features at the best price.
- The best part is that we can always get same-day customer service when needed - and they are very helpful.
- The scheduling and publishing calendar format is great - simple, intuitive and responsive. I especially love being able to publish a post to more than one channel from one screen, including making adjustments to the copy for each channel.
- They offer special pricing for NGOs which we feel is generous.
- They are always taking new feature requests and responding to customer feedback. Changes aren't super fast, but they are responsive towards the most common requests and I always look forward to seeing the latest product map.
- The Power Reports feature (extra cost) is really nice and allows us to customise reports more. The format of the reports is visually appealing and easy-to-read, and looks super professional when we need to present reports to senior management.
- The workaround for API limitations by IG/FB, using their mobile app, works flawlessly.
- More & simpler social listening features would be great.
- More publishing functionalities within the mobile app, like scheduling carousels.
- Ability to resize visuals for different channels when publishing to multiple channels (and free form resizing option)
- Ability to reorder photos when adding more than one

Agorapulse improved our efficiency!
Agorapulse is being used in the Marketing Department. It has improved our processes to be more efficient when creating, scheduling, and monitoring Social Media accounts (8 in total). Having all accounts and functions in one dashboard saves us an important amount of time daily. We have two users using the Agorapulse dashboard and it keeps track of who replies, reviewed, or schedule any of the posts.
- Agorapulse allows you to create one post for multiple platforms at the same time (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter...) it also gives you the option to adjust each one of them according to the platform guidelines (it shows an alert when it doesn't meet the criteria).
- Agorapulse dashboard and mobile app are well designed, the use is very intuitive and simple.
- Agorapulse support team is very professional. They also offer free webinars to learn how this works before subscribing.
- Agorapulse synchronizes the information from several platforms into one dashboard to monitor comments, reviews, etc. in a more efficient way.
- Agorapulse can improve the integration with Instagram to be able to publish multi-images posts without an extra step in the Mobile app.
- Agorapulse can improve the way we can select the order of pictures in a multi-image posts. Right now the order is the one you have when uploading the pictures instead of having an option of dragging the picture to organize it.
- Agorapulse can improve the way a multi-image post is seen in the calendar. Instead of only one post on a day it shows a post per image on the calendar dashboard.

Great product and continually improving.
We use Agorapulse in our department; I'm not sure whether other departments use it as well.
We use it to manage accounts for all the programs (or program clusters) within our faculty.
It helps us maintain oversight of what we're posting on all the individual accounts as well as what we post on the main faculty account. It also means that our team of three people can all have access to all the accounts without constantly having to log in and out. And it allows our manager to approve posts that may be sensitive.

It helps us maintain oversight of what we're posting on all the individual accounts as well as what we post on the main faculty account. It also means that our team of three people can all have access to all the accounts without constantly having to log in and out. And it allows our manager to approve posts that may be sensitive.
- We like the calendar view on Agorapulse - much better than when we were on Hootsuite.
- The approvals process is very simple and clear.
- I wish there was an image database.
- It would be great to link to one of the national day calendars for easy content suggestions.
- I wish there was a way to input the alt text in Instagram images.
- I wish it was possible to edit multiple posts at once if they were created together (ie edit the FB, IG & Twitter version of a post).
- I wish the app had better notifications - they never show on my lock screen so I often miss them.

Social Media Management - For a Department of 1!
As a telecommunications company with a social media department of 1, we needed a solution to allow for posting to multiple networks that offered easy reporting. We also wanted to implement social listening as a company, and Agorapulse checked that box. We manage our Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram networks with Agorapulse.

Agorapulse is almost as great as tacos.
We use Agorapulse to monitor and respond to comments, schedule out our content calendar, and monitor mentions. My department uses it to manage our whole companies social media presence. Agorapulse pulls in all comments and messages into one platform. Before Agorapulse, I was having to click on every Facebook notification and a lot of things had the potential to be overlooked. Thankfully, Agorapulse was the solution. We also were having to schedule out Facebook posts on the Facebook pages themselves, and as the company grew to over 50 different properties, we knew we needed a different solution.
- Their Chat/Help system is amazing. If I have a question, I can always get an answer within a few hours if not faster. They also follow up to make sure that I didn't have any additional questions.
- Organizationally sound and easy to navigate
- Just a huge time saver for me!
- High quality photos are "too large" to upload. I wish they would have a feature to compress them, as I currently have to edit all photos in photoshop before uploading. This is very time consuming.
- I cannot work on more than one post at once, so if a video is uploading - and taking a long time to do so - I cannot move on until that video is fully uploaded.

Agorapulse Review
It is being used by our Marketing department to help with content scheduling. There are 6 people on our team who use this software and it has allowed for us all to get on the same page throughout the week. We love Agorapulse and are glad we made the switch from another software.

We are using Agorapulse to [streamline] posting for our various products. We use a workflow with the product teams so they can share new content for approval, and Marketing can review and schedule posts. This makes it easier for us so marketing does not have to understand every new blog post or piece of technical content in order to create a social post.
- Easy-to-use and visually appealing web interface
- Assigning posts for approval
- Adding users or social profiles. It's both simple to add users or profiles, and the pricing structure means you can purchase one new profile or user at a time without having to upgrade to a much more expensive tier with lots of slots we don't need.
- The mobile app. It's time-consuming to review listening posts because the sidebar menu only shows the inbox. It's not clear this is happening until you started clicking [around] and realizing it. You also can't approve YouTube comments from the mobile app.
- We like scheduling content across multiple profiles at once, but have to add a step because we can only customize one link on the thumbnail image.
- There is no approval process available for comments/replies to messages or posts.
