  • Time savings for post travel expenses, especially when it's the whole time. Takes minutes as opposed to hours tracking down the dollars spent and what required a receipt.
  • Team moral is boosted with gift cards in various meeting styles being able to be easily sent right after the meeting. Instant gratification is a common desire for people!

  • I'm just an employee that uses this for reimbursement requests, so for me, time back on focusing on my job as a software engineer instead of dealing with complicated expense reports. Specifically, the doc scanner is great.
  • Happier employees that know they have a reliable system to use to get the benefits and reimbursements from work-related expenses.
  • I'm sure it has helped employees not overspend as well. There are approval processes in place that are very clear on what the rules/boundaries are for us as employees. So managing spend I'm sure has improved.

  • The cashback makes Airbase pay for itself, so there's hardly any investment.
  • Being able to cut from 3 vendors to 1 saves us a lot of time.
