For social media scheduling, I do like Airtable. Some direct compatibility to social media platforms or tools like Buffer or Hootsuite would be great, but I understand that Airtable is not designed exclusively for social media purposes. It works very well for our small Marketing department to plan out our social media weeks and months at a time.

Airtable is great for team collaboration, especially when more than one person is inputting or managing the data. Real-time data editing makes it easy to share information and quickly. Using this tool as a content calendar is very ideal. One feature I wish Airtable included is the ability to embed video content from Vimeo, YouTube, and other social media channels.

It's good for people that want to start to use a project management app. Right now we use the free version, which still fits our needs. I don't think I'd recommend the paid version, we haven't felt the need to upgrade it. I think it's a better version of Google Spreadsheets and forms, so if you are using that for project management, please switch over to Airtable.

Airtable is great for situations where a spreadsheet wouldn't be the most appropriate or useful way to manage data, and where building or implementing a separate complex database tool would slow the team down too much. Airtable allows for database creation and visualization without technical implementation.

Airtable is extremely well suited for those who do not have a background using spreadsheets. It's very intuitive with a short learning curve. If you need to interface a database with some other element the program works well with Zapier. You can create almost anything with the combination of Zapier and Airtable.

Airtable is best suited, where multiple members are managing a single project. In this case, all members are working, and different commit versions. Also, each member needs to track the progress of another member, and a review of the deadline is essential for every task. In this case, Airtable is very well suited. Airtable report generation is in business format, i.e., ready to use.

Airtable is suitable for organizing a database through its flexible spreadsheet system. It works very well for improving the flow of working for people who have report data, records, or codes on a daily basis. Overall, it makes project management easier and simpler when it comes to a group of people working together.

I think Airtable would be fine to use within an organization that is relatively small and is using Airtable for project tracking within a department or two. I don't think it is a good product to use across multiple companies or with complex issues at hand. We have had a challenging time using it daily and it hasn't been intuitive.

If you need a very customizable tracking tool with a lot of custom fields this is a great solution. It allows broader product teams to stay aligned and informed about what everyone else is working on. It also allows other parts of the organization to dig into what is in progress down to the specific pm/team if they want to to get the information they need.

Airtable is good for project tracking. The Association of Natural Hair Care Professionals likes using Airtable for recruiting. We plan to use it for event marketing in the near future. We are recommending it to our video production partners for their productions.

I think Airtable is suited for many scenarios. The tool is so flexible that you can use with a vast number of objectives. So, it's more a matter of how it will be configured and take the time to do it. It's important to see the limitations of the free and plus plans, and see if it is enough for your use.

Airtable is great for a variety of uses. First, it is great for presenting client facing information in a variety of ways. As a marketing consultant I have used it for a variety of clients in a variety of ways. It is easy to audit data and organize a variety of numbers in a variety of ways. It is also great to construct ideas from and allows you to categorize a variety of topics or ideas. It is great for categorizing company or client information like tasks and who owns those, specific dates and a variety of content ideas and variations.

I have used this Airtable for work, but also for my personal project of wedding planning for friends etc. The ability to share, tag, and organize made Airtable the perfect tool for wedding planning. Airtable would be perfect for big projects where there are many people involved and many moving parts. I think it would be harder to use Airtable for tracking projects in a calendar format. This would be a welcome addition if possible.

Airtable is a genius solution for the restrictions of spreadsheets when the data needs to be accessed across several layers and presented in a 2D report. Airtable does this naturally without the need to export and modify the data into a database. It is a solution for any team that can benefit from multi-dimensional access to various data.

Airtable is excellent for individual and small team use. I think it works best this way, rather than a company-wide software available to many. I would still recommend it for larger teams, with the caveat that the pricing could get expensive that way. If you need to create multiple workspaces with many users, the cost will definitely get high.

I like Airtable because it allows for different views. I can allocate a particular view to a particular company without worrying that it exposes data from another view. This also helps when data is constantly being updated. Both outsiders and myself can update the data in a certain view without showing the entire database to outsiders.
Airtable combines the strength of Excel and SQL databases. For someone with little experience with SQL database, Airtable solves it by giving you an easy to use database.

We have successfully used Airtable to aggregate and tag user feedback, and to track the details and dates of project delivery. We have been somewhat less successful in using it to track action items related to a large, complex project. The lack of success in this latter example has to do with the base being a bit unwieldy, and since we are using the free version, we are not able to color the records for easier at-a-glance analysis. That project is also a bit less concrete in general, with a lot of nebulous action items that have no definite end dates or success metrics. So Airtable seems better suited to projects with well-defined parameters and metrics.
