- Akamai RoI improved over a period of times since it comes with heavy costs, however global deliveries in over 100 counties and global web platforms usage helps improve RoI
- With the complex UI challenges, ROI could be impacted negatively when you have to invest in operations and time.

Akamai - couldn't live without it!
- Positive - Akamai vastly reduced the number of content delivery servers needed here, saving money, hardware and management overheads.
- Negative - I don't think it's a "cheap" option, but also, you get what you pay for and for such a powerful product you don't expect it to be free.
- Positive - some of the support we have had has been really good.

- The front end optimisations available from Akamai are so significant and yet so hidden it makes for an extremely pleasing user experience. When a page loads just that much faster due to images being in the exact right format for the job it gives a clear advantage over competitors.
- Analytics coming from Akamai have changed the decisions made within the business for the better and have resulted in great improvements in many areas, such as a greater retention of visitors to the site. Little tweaks to possible certain problem areas flagged by Akamai have made a huge difference.
