We use it as a CRM for our customer interactions. We call through the software, and calls are automatically captured along with the call records as tasks are completed. We can log tasks based on customer interactions. We use call coaching from the recorded calls to enable our team to improve further. With this tool, we can manage our customers efficiently.

  • Data upload of the past customer records are very cumbersome.
  • UI is not in the same level as the market leaders like Salesforce etc.

Allego allows our organization to easily capture and distribute valuable and timely learning and development content between our various departments and sales teams. I like to call it Voya's YouTube! We utilize it in four main ways: 1) Distribute product training from subject matter experts to sales teams 2) capturing and recording live sales meetings and conference calls 3) manager coaching and evaluating presentations from sales teams 4) interviewing top-level sales talent to extract sales success habits and techniques to share with others.
  • Allows us to quickly and easily capture and share information with sales teams who are on the go
  • Provides an archive of content where users can go back and review and can be used for ongoing training
  • The customer success team is very helpful in supporting our initiatives and giving us best practices
Cons
  • When more content is added it can get very cumbersome so there is a constant need to "clean up"
  • Finding and organizing videos can be a tedious process. Maybe can add more automation behind this
  • Allowing more user editing tools for their videos. Ability to trim, cut and paste
You get out of Allego what you put into a Allego. We are a two-person training team with other job responsibilities. Allego requires a driver of content as content will not just create itself nor will people be apt to just film a video themselves. As easy as the software is to use it requires manual planning and execution to ensure consistent content. If you have a good content calendar and planned and hold subject matter experts accountable as well as Sales Management, you will have a robust platform where all users benefit.

We use Allego's Sales Enablement Platform to coach the sales team, create Digital Sales Rooms, and develop our product based on prospect insights. All our AE's, our marketing, and some from the product team use the solution actively. Sales efficiency, close rate, and ramp-up time are some of the key metrics that we use in order to measure the impact of the solution.

We currently use Allego for our LMS, content storage and call intelligence. The business problems the product addresses is the ability to onboard employees efficiently and in a uniformed fashion no matter their role or product they're selling. It also helps us address the need to control the version and type of content our employees are trained on and can provide externally to customers. We also have the ability to track learning by pushing out certifications, additional training courses, and have the capability to view completion, accuracy of answers, and overall engagement with the content and learning materials provided.

  • Ability to group content in different ways
  • Ability to select multiple items in a course and push out to new users at one time.
Anyone looking for an LMS that also has call intelligence functionality- it's a great fit! Also a great fit for companies just looking for an LMS as a standalone.
Love some of the additional integrations that are able to be offered like Salesforce, Zoom, Teams, and SharePoint.

I don't think there's a company that this wouldn't be an appropriate tool for if they're evaluating vendors in the LMS, content, and CI space.

We use Allego to grade calls from our legal assistants to provide feedback. We also use to it gain knowledge and alerts for areas in which we can grow when it comes to our customer service.
  • First i would say my rep Matt is amazing and one of the reasons we will use Allego
  • The product itself, it is easy to use and provides good insight
  • The new addition of co-branding has been awesome
