Well-suited: 1. We use it as CRM for our customer interactions. 2. We call through the software & calls are automatically captured along with the call records & captured as tasks completed. 3. We can log a task as per customer interactions. 4. We use call coaching from the recorded calls to enable our team to improve further. With this tool, we can manage our customers efficiently. Less Suited: 1. Data uploading past customer records is very cumbersome. 2. UI is not at the same level as the market leaders like Salesforce, etc, 3. API & add-ons are not pocket-friendly.

Seems to be useful for team communication, allows personalized documents to be edited dynamically or by hand using in-app slide sorting and editing in PowerPoint, and cut through the noise using video messages for prospects with in-video interactivity but allot of these are things that we do already and don't need to be improved, this is the app we have been told to use rather than one that solves specific problems

In my role as product trainer, Allego solves the problem of "assigning" courses to select team members but still have training available to the whole organization. Within this scope, Allego also makes it easy to send reminders and set due dates. The ability to version certain items without disrupting the learning process makes staying up-to-date seamless.

If you are sales based and your team is not all located in the same place, this is a great tool to help keep teams connected. We can push content out through Allego and the users can use the platform to comment and communicate with each other.

We use Allego to onboard all of Sales and Presales teams. This allows our new hires to get immediate training on our solutions and our tools. We also use Allego to practice and apply what they have learned via the video component of Allego. This provides our Enablement Team and Sales Leaders with a good understanding of where the seller is and what additional coaching/training the new hire may need.

As we roll out new products or services, the learning and coaching platforms are key. They allow us to teach the team the content and then coach them as they video record their delivery of the content to a "client." This allows us to see how much they've absorbed and helps us to redirect them when needed.

Anyone looking for an LMS that also has call intelligence functionality- it's a great fit! Also a great fit for companies just looking for an LMS as a standalone.
Love some of the additional integrations that are able to be offered like Salesforce, Zoom, Teams, and SharePoint.

I don't think there's a company that this wouldn't be an appropriate tool for if they're evaluating vendors in the LMS, content, and CI space.

So great for staying in front of the customers in a personal manner, especially in today's virtual environment. However, it shouldn't take the place of personal, in-person interaction. But it does allow for a good combination of the both. The key is, the users have to just dive in, learn it, and utilize it!

Online training is very easy with Allego. You can create content quickly, and disperse it across multiple departments in a company. I would say it is less appropriate for hands-on training. There has to be a mix of virtual and in-person.

I would highly recommend this platform for anyone who it looking to provide multiple documents to their employees. The process of uploading is a very smooth process and works within a high timeline efficiency. You have the ability to customize this to suit your needs whether signature required or as a search and find function.

Allego is well-suited to companies with a lot of content that is difficult to find. Allego organizes your content using custom tagging to ensure everything is findable, increasing its usage by your team. It would be less suited to teams with less sales enablement content.

Allego has been a fantastic single source of truth for all learning materials at our company. Because we are not using the platform specifically for sales enablement, though, it has been tough to use many of the functionalities (like AI simulations and virtual exercises) for our business because they are specifically designed for sales teams.

For people new to sales it is a great way to get practice delivering statements to customers and addressing objections. Allego Sales Enablement Platform makes for an interesting and varied training curriculum. For onboarding/training, learners can go at their own pace or time of day to accommodate work/life balance. Communicating information and updates via videos resonates much better than emails.

Allego Sales Enablement Platform is difficult to use in it's full capacity in a highlight regulated industry, but it can be done! Industries with less restrictions may have a better ability to make use of everything Allego has to offer. Allego can easily be used by a small team, but if you want to use it company wide, you really need to have a dedicate team that maintains and runs Allego. Then each department needs someone who is in charge of Allego content.

You get out of Allego what you put into a Allego. We are a two-person training team with other job responsibilities. Allego requires a driver of content as content will not just create itself nor will people be apt to just film a video themselves. As easy as the software is to use it requires manual planning and execution to ensure consistent content. If you have a good content calendar and planned and hold subject matter experts accountable as well as Sales Management, you will have a robust platform where all users benefit.
