Amdocs CES is being used as a customer management tool, we can handle billing, notes and havind all contact information in a simple online tool.
  • Modern User Interface
  • Improved User Experience and Intuitiveness
  • Highly scalable plattform
  • Is a very robust service, but it could be more economically accessible
  • It could have more features powered by AI, Auto-Typing, etc for data input into the platform
  • Could improve Amdocs delivery center
Amdocs CES is well suited for organizations looking for robust and highly integrated CES tools, I would definitely recommend it for medium or large sized enterprises. Is less appropiate for small business that do not have a skilled team in place to operate it and doing maintenance.

Amdocs CES is more robust, scalable and powerful. Although the project delivery method and high customizations / development to reach the final problemas are points of attention
The most robust tool available on market, highly intuitive, scalable. But the process to start operations and customization is quite hard/complicated.
Support is centralized in Israel, sometimes the time when we get answers are considered delayed compared with the price you are paying.
