Apricot by Social Solutions - Powerful Tool for Non-Profits
The data has helped us apply and obtain new grants in different areas then we have before. We have used the data to help us determine what communities need our services but are not able to obtain them. The fact that we have all departments using Apricot allows a full picture of the client for any of our departments staff. The ability to work with that client has become more informed and more efficient.

Useful database solution for non-profits
We track client attendance, test scores, home visits, and much more in Apricot. Using the reporting feature of Apricot we have been able to correlate our organization's impact to these key metrics and communicate that to our donors.

Apricot by Social Solutions--Love it!
The last meeting held with program managers, emphasis was placed on the participants' financial savings habits and how that was being accounted for. Because visual is impactful, especially with graphs, the goal is now to get all savings data accounted for across all programs so that this particular milestone can be addressed regularly. We would like to see the participants on a healthy financial footing when they permanently leave any of the programs.

At this point in our Apricot implementation and Organizational journey...Apricot is a tool primarily for data collection related to connecting with and communicating about clients and reporting our outcomes. Translating that data to usable insights is a next level goal.
One small way we have begun using Apricot in our decision making is in determining client eligibility for services. We can report out on whether or not the client meets all of our criteria and has all of the required documents and hold meetings to then determine if they will get invited to enroll.

We love Apricot 360.
We have been able to track how long clients tend to be with us, how they move through the agency's various departments, and what their needs are more accurately. For example, we now can see definitively how a retired person moves from volunteering with us to attending social activities to requesting help in their home to seeking help with choosing long-term care options.
