Using Bonterra Case Management has helped us quantify the work we do by being able to track the number of clients enrolled in our different programs as well as frequency of client interactions. We are also able to quantify the number of individuals who have applied and been approved for insurance and other benefits.

I don't know exactly, as that information does not come to me through my usual line of work, but I would gander a guess that Bonterra Case Management Apricot 360 makes it considerably less of a cumbersome task to pull metrics related to compartmentalizing categories as they relate to grant funding criteria.

Bonterra has helped the ABCCM to navigate populations within the community which are still struggling to make ends meet. Bonterra allows the ABCCM to have quantifiable statistical values of disenfranchised populations and the resources which still need to be delivered.

I actually wouldn't say that Apricot by Social Solutions has helped us to secure more funding or more diversified funding streams. Because that kind of work is done outside of Apricot by Social Solutions, I can't contribute our funding to the program. We actually spend a lot of money on the Apricot by Social Solutions system each year and have to try and fundraise to cover the large cost of the program.

Our annual documentation of program outcomes using Apricot by Social Solutions helps us secure and maintain funding annually, and this funding has always come from diverse sources. In 2017 or 2018, we actually received funding from the state of Colorado to deliver the program. I think this is largely because the program we support has a strong track record in terms of the evidence base and published research for it, coupled with the fact that we track program outcomes in Colorado and report on them annually. Apricot by Social Solutions allows us to collect and house all the data, but I think Apricot by Social Solutions hasn't helped us so much secure funding as much as our commitment to gathering data and using it to tell the story of the program to funders in an effective way.

Apricot has improved our data management and analytical tools so that we can provide more targeted information when applying for funding. In one instance, our funding stream increased from an annual average of $150,000 to over $300,000.

Not necessarily, while we use apricot to report on our data, this hasn't necesarily increased our funding. I do think it has been useful to site as a tool in our grant proposal, and shows funders that we have a plan in place for capturing the data we will be asked to report on.

This is harder to answer but I guess I would say yes it has. Being able to describe Apricot in grant requests and the ways in which we collect information is clear to funders. Our graphs and basic reports on demographics and outputs are incredibly clear and easy to produce upon a funders demand.

Helps us secure funding by supplying us with reporting tools to match the requirements of funders. For example, during the start of COVID, HUD had many housing programs to help prevent Homelessness. Apricot by Social Solutions upgraded its tools to match all of the HUD programs. Making it easier for their users to retrieve the data and then run aggregated reports.

Our improved ability to track data on our clients, both quality and quantity, and thus being able to report on that information, has allowed us to apply for new funding that we weren't able to previously. In the last 1.5 years, our organization has gone from an annual budget of under $1 million to now over $4 million. A lot of that growth is due to our ability to track our outcomes so well and always have that information at our fingertips.
