In the process of achieving this benefit. Bonterra Case Management has allowed the ABCCM to distinguish between who is obtaining the resources they need and who is being stability housed once their stay in our GPD program has been completed. Bonterra has allowed our case managers to have a greater degree in influence in understanding of our clients and their needs.

Use we built a report for case note audits. This allows administrative staff to use this report to audit case notes making sure all case notes are completed in a timely manner. We also have a couple report for client statics. These reports allow us to see how we are doing in terms of client numbers and demographics of our clients.

Our organization uses Apricot by Social Solutions reporting to create a large presentation for our staff and funders at the end of each year to show numbers of clients served, service delivery timing, demographic information, training hours, and other impactful statistics and information. Apricot by Social Solutions makes it simple to report on exactly what we need, so that we can go to grants with exact numbers to show our impact.

I think that the scale of our program delivery is unrelated to our use of Apricot by Social Solutions, largely because no matter how awesome Apricot by Social Solutions is, its functioning and use at our organization won't help address issues related to the pandemic and the current workforce challenges in early childhood education, which are the main barriers we face in scaling the program that we support in Colorado.

One of my issues with Social Solutions is in the question: scale program delivery. I don't know what that means. We are a non-profit, I am a social worker, and we do not have an IT, HR, or other management department. I believe that there are many ways in which this company has extended its customers (which is good) but I feel like it has forgotten how to be relatable to the non-profits and the people who work at them. This is why I am dissatisfied with the price increase; I am sure the capabilities of the software are worth the cost, but no one at my agency knows how to use them or has the time to explore how it can help us. So, we feel that we are stuck with a software that we love, but in many ways (financially, technologically) it is advancing beyond us.

IN many ways this program has allowed us to serve clients better by having better data and is transferrable from person to person with the ease of clicks. We could likely use the program for much more than we currently do. It might be helpful to have an annual or bi-annual conversation with the company to make sure we are maximizing use.

This will help us scale program delivery over time -- as we scale our programs we need a system that can keep up with the volume of grant reporting required, which this will allow us to do. Because it is relatively easy to train front end users, this also helps us scale. However, we need to invest in more scalable training options.

Yes I would say the organization that I have the most experience with has seen improvements to scaling because of the ability to quickly run reports on real-time data. It would be nice if there were more intuitive ways to build out causal connections between variables but overall the reporting and bulletins have improved staff accountability and decreased our overall time with data entry.

Our organization is a non-profit that receives lots of funding. We are able to use Apricot by Social Solutions to track our client data and retrieve our service numbers based on various needs. We can easily pull data entered for specific types of funding. We can determine how many clients are served in certain areas. As an agency, we can track services provided by each staff member. We can track multiple facets that our agency needs to collect data on from donations, to volunteer information.

Since we first started using Apricot 360, the number of clients that we serve has tripled due to increases in funding and community need. Apricot was able to handle that increase in volume without an issue. We're able to track so much more information on our clients than we were ever able to before and, as a result, provide report outs with more backup verification than ever before as well. This increase in our capabilities allows for greatly improved tracking in numerous areas. When we have new items come up, we're able to start nearly immediately with collecting that information because of how easily we can add new forms and fields to our system.

Through Apricot data we can know the average number of people we have coming in for services each month. We can also estimate how many new clients we are getting each month and whether the trend is going up or down. We expanded the amount of food we were purchasing for our pantry when we noticed we were having more people coming due to the recent rise in the cost of gas and groceries putting their budgets in a bind.

Since using Apricot, our organization has doubled in size and impact, expanding our program initiatives to meet the heightened community needs to be brought on by COVID-19.
