This product is a part of my organization and I use it to create online learning for customers and staff. It is considered our flagship product and our customers love it! It's a full suite of everything a medical office needs to manage patients and billing, including reporting, claims filing, etc.
  • Documentation of visit notes
  • Documentation of procedures
  • Tracking of billing (superbills, etc)
  • [I believe] the view of the visit note (within a chart) could be improved
  • The naming conventions used for some icons, etc. are not really clear [in my experience]
  • [I feel there are] too many icons that are too small
This is used a lot by many surgical practices, for example. They find it tracks and documents well for their patients. Of course, it supports all other types of practices, too. Whether the practice is very large or a 1 to 2 doc shop, it works well and can be customized as the users see fit.
