APS is a national workforce management and cloud-based HR solution provider. The platform includes core HR, payroll, time and attendance (including manager and employee self-service), compliance tools, and onboarding. is not a strong enough word!We are using the payroll function and the HR function. We are using it across the entire organization and APS OnLine has allowed us to own our data better. It has been a very useful tool for our operations, payroll, and administrative staff.,The report function has become a critical tool in our daily life. APS Online has really created a user friendly system to run reports and create reports. Customer Service -- every connection with APS Online has been great! We use the chat feature, submitted tasks, and contacted our manager. They are quick at resolving our issues and are so warm. New Hire wizard -- makes hiring a breeze!,I wish the employee search bar was always open at top so I didn't have to go into the employee consul to search for an employee. As much as I love the report manager, I wish the report builder would allow me to have access to ALL of my information to write a report. As it stands with the 5 main topics, I may have to run two reports to get the information that I need.
