My Experience with Arena PLM
- Arena has greatly reduced revision errors. Prior to Arena, revision control for part numbers and other documentation was a challenge and took more time to manage. With Arena, there's no guesswork.
- We've seen a decrease in processing time for changes implemented. We've also seen a decrease in errors with changes processed. When errors are made, Arena helps us to identify and correct them in a timely manner.
- We've seen improved communication with our contract manufacturing and distribution partners.

- Internally, we have gotten good feedback from everyone that has needed to look through BOMs and find connections fast

- Our overall business objectives have improved ten fold, information has been communicated quickly and most importantly effectively
- Ensuring on time delivery of product to market, coinciding with our announcement of our product launch, no delays
- Quality has important information at their finger tips and can supply to needed departments quickly, and effectively, items are clearly defined and traceable
- Company information is all in once place, not on personal computers, or on a server that only a few people can access, tradeoffs are tremendous to ensure the integrity that the information stored is correct, and easily available
- Good revision control has made work-flows more efficient.
- Positive impact on NPI due to controlled channel for data exchange; fewer miscommunications.
- Easy communication and exchange within our organization, no ambiguity or uncertainties about everyone being aligned.

- Eliminated errors from using spreadsheets.

Arena for Quality System Management
- We're able to use Arena for both Operations and Quality/Regulatory, so we're saving money not having to purchase and maintain dual software.
