Arena was easy to implement because we have trained personnel who has experience in using and being the admin of the system. So far, I have not encountered a significant hiccup in Arena transition.
I believe that Arena was pretty easy to deploy. This was done before I was a part of the company, so it is hard to say.

Arena - The (not so) Little PLM System that Could!
Arena is great overall, and everyday use of the system and support from the Arena team is fantastic, but the implementation experience by far has been the best experience the company has had with the system. Implementation was easier than expected and very quick. You work directly with your implemenation expert on prepping the required migration files, and in doing so you learn a lot about the system and become a more effective administrator. Arena was also very easy to deploy, and users at the company picked up on how to use it very quickly.

Arena Solutions
I was not part of the team that helped deploy Arena. From other people's experience, the deployment of Arena was fairly smooth. We have introduced functionality in a stepwise manner. By doing this, it allows the organization to adopt the new functionality in smaller pieces, which makes it easier for the users.

Arena--Contract manufacturer's perspective
We did not implement Arena company-wide at my company. Generally, we hold a quick training session when a new team member is brought onto a project that utilizes Arena. The learning curve is generally pretty flat to get people acquainted with the basics functions we utilize within Arena.

Honest Review for the Honest Arena
As far as I'm aware the implementation of Arena only took a few weeks as there was a lot of information/files that were added (parts and documentation) and setting up the types of ECOs/departments. Once set up, adding more information and tracking projects has been easy because there's a lot of "copy and pasting" that can go on.
Arena was very easy to implement compared to other systems.

Arena reps helped us set-up the initial template and even imported our BOM in the first couple of weeks. There is a test environment that was setup where we could familiarize ourselves with the features without worrying of messing up our real BOM. We managed to set it up on time and also were satisfied.

The implementation experience was smooth and did not cause any issues. Arena deployment was easy since we have the necessary infrastructure and the implementation was done as per the set schedule. I am very satisfied with the implementation team and have no complaints. We seldom have any issues in our daily usage of Arena.
I was not at the company at the time of implementation. It was implemented prior to my employment start date.

Arena - One place to better manage your products
Arena is a powerful tool and it helped us a lot in one of the new projects for version controlling and documents revision management as there are multiple changes happening in the as-built drawings, and handling them would have been a nightmare if it wasn't for Arena.

I wasn't present when the implementation happened.
Yes, the implementation experience was very smooth. We hardly faced any issues with it. It was quick and straightforward to deploy. It was implemented before our timeline, which makes this tool the best Management and Quality Control tool in the world. We were delighted with the implementation team and are a happy customer of Arena.
