While its great at usability. I would love ut have it more simplified.
I would like to advocate for some personas who are non tech savvy or who have less or no experience in procurement. I sometimes feel that the valley of user learning fir such personas is quite steep and it may take them long time of learning to get adept to the platform.

It is good, It can be less appropriate to qualify specific suppliers with specific technical needs. There is no place to limit technical restrictions per supplier. Some suppliers should not be considered and this software does not enable you to remove procurement solutions based on technical limitations.

UI is good from tech perspective
Customisations and personalisations are very intuitive and allows user to make the maximum usaage of the dashboard.
Integrations with existing systems matters a lot for large enterprises.
Training and support is very crucial.
Mobile availability enhances the overall customer experience.
Feedback is underrated but comapnies take it very seriously now a days.

As previously mentioned. The rating for SAP is reflective of the industry in renewable energy transformers market. It can be challenging with technical limitations as a priority. However Procurement is always best streamlined and more efficiently sorted, this software allows that.

Choosing this product was the right thing we did because we are experiencing it has made our life easy. Vendor management is one of the difficult process and SAP Ariba Procurement helps in tracking vendor spending, negotiating better deals and agreement with suppliers. It has good reports, dashboards, automatic notifications and powerful workflow automation capabilities.

Not suitable for unstructured services. It is hart to use SAP Ariba for unstructured services. There is most likely no option to amend the system in a way that it fits with these kind of services. Furthermore, a lot of suppliers in Central Europe are not willing to register their company on SAP Business Network.

Plattform looks sometimes old fashioned and not user friedly. New relaease e.g. Guide Buying is getting better but still I have the impression SAP does not provide a modern and userfriendly usage portal. Or maybe it is because we do not use S4 Hanah yet?
