Great tool for high-level project management and seeing the big picture. Not so great if you're an organization that's remote and needs to collaborate in the tool/share documents/manage finance process etc. This isn't a full-service project management tool. It's also great for sharing directly with clients, and very easy to do a set up that's simple to adjust in the moment (i.e. during client meetings).

It's been great. Outside of the recent system outages recently, they've been super easy to use. I love their mobile app. It makes it so if I have an idea when I'm not at work or near my computer I can open the app and add it to the project and never miss a beat.

  • Task views and organization: Flexible views (list vs. kanban) to allow people to manage the project. You can break your project into milestones - so that it's easier to see how projects are being accomplished and where projects are stuck in delivery.
  • Time views + Role Views: You can see which users are spending more time / which ones may need relief and manage your team's overall workload through different viewpoints.
  • Straightforward interface - Pretty easy to see and understand. Colors, grids, and toggles help you navigate your way through the program and see the sections that you need to find.

It is very user-friendly. Takes a new employee an hour to start figuring out how the system works. That's an important factor. You don't want to encounter the issue where employees need a week to understand how the system works. For example, JIRA, I tried using it for a week and I still don't understand the complicated layout. Asana has a simple interface. Once you see it, you get it type of program.

Asana is easy to use and it has all of the features that I would be looking for in a project management software. The ability to assign tasks and deadlines is extremely easy and it allows me to spend little time in the software and accomplish a lot in the real world.

Asana is very easy to use, you don't need to read any guide to understand how to use it. Works well on almost any device and navigator and the interface is friendly to everyone. Creating a task is easy, following them is also easy and the comments between people involved in the tasks are public, so anyone can follow the task if the employee assigned is not available at a specific moment.

Asana is really different from other heavy project management solutions, being very intuitive and user-friendly, aligned with the new trends of innovation and improved user experience. Really recommended due to the overall experience it provides to all users and IT/Agile project managers. Definitely a must-have for IT and Agile project management.

I genuinely love Asana. It has definitely made our team more productive, as we have a clear view of what everyone has going on and where our efforts are needed. The downside is that it can get messy, however. That may be because we haven't yet put clear rules in place as to how many subtasks of subtasks and tags can be used. What can be frustrating is that it doesn't suit our dev team, so this means we're not all using one tool, which would be ideal.

I use multiple project management tools and Asana is by far my favourite. As mentioned before, Asana is not only brilliant in its plethora of features that allow you to use it the way YOU want it. It's also pleasant to use with its quirky illustrations, white space and sweet messages. Plus, the brand's mission is something I can relate to.

Asana's user interface is very interactive and easy to understand. Usability varies according to levels of complexity. For example, there are functions that are not required or explored if the project is simple. Thus, it is important to assess whether paying for the service is necessary.

Asana is simple to use, but incredibly complex in how deep it can get. It functions as a surface level to-do list, or as a structured project management tool, and everything within is tied together to make things collaborative and community-oriented, so every project you work on can be discussed, planned, and completed within Asana. It has helped our organization become better planners and more focused on our mission than our tasks. And it does it in a simple, easy to use, way.

Asana is very easy to use, and has a clean modern UI. It took no time at all to get up and running and to incorporate it into my daily workflow. I love cleaning up my list of tasks (which is still never-ending), but one of my favorite things about Asana is the simplicity in completing tasks and the fun animation that displays with each. I really like that you can report on completed tasks, as that comes in handy quite often.

It's very easy to use, although it could use some improvement in the intuitive area just to be perfect. Maybe some AI could help it develop a sense of closeness to the user that will help to organize tasks and check them regularly. In the long run, it could be an app that also helps people with procrastination issues, but that's only my opinion.

I would give ASANA a 6 on the usability scale due to it being fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. The learning curve is not that steep and once you become proficient it is a fast system to navigate around when it works as intended.
