- The main drag & drop feature allows us to upload documents, photos, and web links directly into the task.
- Asana provides the ability to collaborate with colleagues on tasks, which helps us keep track of progress and improve productivity.
- We can easily generate reports and share them across the platform.
- It is quite difficult to manage complex projects.
- Integration of other tools with Asana is not that great. Payment is required for those additional integrations.
- There should be user control to delete the people from teams and projects in a much easier way.

The best work management software on the market - professionally and personally (the list nerds of the world!)
- Organizes all of mine and my team's tasks into easy-to-view projects
- It functions as my master to-do list every day (if it's not in Asana, it probably didn't happen!)
- Clearly outlines which team members are responsible for each piece of the project at any point in time
- Upgrade software to automatically assign newly created tasks today with today's due date to no longer show up in "recently add" (My Tasks) and instead just populate under the 'Today' accordion
- Allow more customization on the My Tasks view
- Create a "First 15" or "Last 30" header that allows you to group all tasks that take less than 2 minutes into this section for completion at the beginning (first 15) or end (last 30) part of the work day

- Sub-tasking under a primary task (having individual assignments/commentary etc. on subtasks).
- Summation of individual tasks across multiple projects.
- Setting recurring tasks/templates.
- Ability to milestone/use dependencies.
- Some integrations with Microsoft Outlook struggle.
- Offline access on mobile and desktop.
- Assigning difficulty and required effort for resource planning.

Asana - an easy to use tasks management tool
- Easy to use by any user (good UX and no installation needed)
- Easy to create a simple project, add tasks and sub tasks.
- Different display options, according to the project/tasks type
- Works great using a web browser, you don't have to install the application
- Asana is not really a project management tool, it is good for simple projects only
- UI has some glitches (doesn't save preferences, etc.)
- Integration with other tools (Office 365, MS Project)
- No reminders if the working period you entered is on holidays

Collaboration and Task management for remote teams

- Task collaboration with a wide range of features to keep all kinds of task info in one space
- User experience with task views in list or kanban format
- Some users might find the user interface a bit dull and un inspired
- We found the way to use multiple workspaces a bit confusing
- It takes quite a bit of planning to build a well organized workspace in order not to have way too many projects and tasks all over the place

User Friendly Project Collaboration Tool
- Asana integrates seamlessly with our other project management tools like Slack, Everhour, and G Suite Apps, making it easy to keep track of everything in one place!
- We frequently set up Projects with the 'Kanban Boards' and this layout is perfect for showing us what items within a project have not yet been started, what's currently in progress, what is complete, and what may be held up by outside circumstances.
- The Project Calendars are great visual tools that we frequently share with our clients to give them a visual of their project timeline. They love this view because it's so easy to understand!
- Our biggest pain point is around recurring tasks. Right now, when you set a task to be recurring, only that first instance of the task will display for a user and the remaining tasks will not display until the previous task was completed. It would be nice to see all occurrences of a repeating task so that we can better project workload/ bandwidth of team members.

My Daily Productivity Tool
- Easy to get started - I was up and running in just a couple of minutes.
- Easy to use both in browser and via the app - I mostly the browser but on the go, it's nice to have the app.
- List view - I just need a quick run-down of everything I need to get done and this has it.
- Easy to assign tasks to others - I'm a solopreneur, but I have used this software with interns and it works great.
- Easy sorting - Sometimes I like to sift by project type versus deadline, and you can do that with just a click.
- Repeating tasks - This is one of the best features. So wonderful to be able to set a task to recur daily, weekly, monthly, or other periods of time.
- Check things off the list! There's nothing like the feeling of being able to hit that check mark and see your task finished!
- Expensive - The free plan has always worked well for me, but when you upgrade, it can be quite pricy, especially for a team.
- Templates - I like the idea of these, but when I've looked at them before, they were a bit complicated and would take too much time to customize for my needs.
- On-boarding - It's easy enough to get started with a task, but when I read the on-boarding emails, it seems more complicated and not to my preferences.

- Keeps project on task.
- Allows us to easily assign tasks and deadlines.
- Cross functional oversight.
- It's not the most user friendly, so many features make it overwhelming for new users.
- Great user interface, attractive and fun to use

Excellent project management for small businesses
- Manage your tasks without overwhelm
- Feel a sense of accomplishment after ticking off a task
- Great UX and design
- Improve performance when ticking off many items (animation slow)
- This product was easy to set up and saves us a ton of time.
- It is very easy to assign tasks to others within the platform.
- There are a lot of features that are available in the free version. This allowed us to get a taste of the product before we invested in it.
- There are multiple ways to view your tasks. You can organize per project or see all of the items on your own to-do list.
- At times, email notifications do not come across when you assign a task from a project.
- We have noticed that it can be difficult to locate tasks within.
- If you change your mind on how you want to set it up within your team, it is difficult to undo what you have done.
- Archived boards are somewhat difficult to read once archived.

Great tool for you as a manager of mid/ big teams that will be your easy-to-use everyday assistant.
- Tracking progress.
- Keeping all tasks and ideas together.
- Easy to navigate UI.
- Custom tags.
- Canned reports/ filters: My tasks, Tasks I've Created, Recently Completed Tasks, etc.
- I miss some proactive projects recommendations by Asana, e.g.: We recommend you to add subtasks or divide the tasks into sections.
- I miss some proactive tasks recommendations by Asana e.g.: Hey, we've noticed that there are no activities here. How's it going with this task?
- I wish the Workload feature was in the Free or Premium option.

- The calendar view showing due dates for tasks gets messy and hard to read
- Integration with email could be better, as many users did not like going to a separate website to view task management

- Asana has been a game-changer since it has been used in the project development department in our organization.
- It provides the tools necessary for team members to collaborate.
- I would love for Asana to be integrable with more platforms to make our work even more straightforward.
- Task Management - Being able to assign resources and time lines to specific activities

- Customizability - Being able to customize a solution that meets your needs or activity.
- Better integration with Office 365
- It would be useful for it to be able to export project data right into Microsoft Project as that tool is more complex and some project manager do prefer it. Therefore, it would be good to have the option.
- An official training program to put new and even exiting users that is relative short and straight to the point would be helpful to maximize utility and get more person onboard.
