Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

When you get someone on the phone the support is great; the problem is at times, there isn't anyone that is answering the phones so you are waiting for a call or email back. This is why a manual would be nice.

The support that the Ascentis HR team provides is great. There are many ways to get in touch with support (phone, email, etc.) which makes it easy to get an answer quickly if needed. They are thorough in their responses and provide all the details you need.

In general, Ascentis is very responsive to support questions. They have a quick turnaround time when calling or emailing about an issue. Reliability is good, though they have had some outages and issues (which is what I'd expect for pretty much any provider).

One thing that can be irritating is that some support issues are included in your annual membership and other issues require an upcharge - the cost isn't as much of an issue as the hassle of dealing with nickle/dime payments for simple requests.

It is frustrating to call in and not be able to connect to a person. More and more we are being directed to "communities" but that does not take the place of support. For the money we pay each month we should be able to speak to a person with ease.

Their support team is very helpful, although at times the support line goes straight to voicemail. If there are issues with the system and they know it exists sometimes they don't send an alert until the day after.

Ascentis has been great for support. Our HR implementation support, Rebecca, was great with helping learn the system and answer any questions. She responded to emails within minutes. Now, we have been moved to the support team and we still receive great service and answers. Ascentis has allocated a great amount of resources to support.

Ascentis support is pretty good. I get a quick response if the problem is easy to solve. If it's harder, I sometimes have to follow up multiple times and wait longer for communication back. I have noticed there is quite a bit of change in the reps who handle our account.

Ascentis support is very responsive for the most part. Our implementation project manager is awesome. Most of the other people we have utilized have been knowledgeable and supportive. They have been very flexible with our requests. Sometimes it takes a while for results, but for the most part they are quick with a resolution.

AlI have submitted support questions by phone, and email depending on the situation, and Ascentis has provided timely responses. Most phone support questions are handled right away and email responses within hours. Most questions have been answered to resolve the question in the first response.

The IT department for HR has been very helpful when I have had issues logging in and were quick to respond. The other support lines have not been that helpful and it takes a while to get a response.

Overall, I've found the customer service provided for each module to be very helpful. The only area keeping me from rating a 10 would be the EDI (electronic transmission of files). I still do not have a level of confidence it is working properly just yet. However, upon raising this issue to my Acct. Mgr., it is being addressed.

In my time working with Ascentis (3 years), we had 4 different account reps, I had to call the VP of Customer Service to escalate a huge issue with the system once. Their customer service is not great. If it's a VERY simple question like how to find a field, or pull a BASIC report, the support is fine, but for any more complex questions, it's very difficult to find someone that has the answer, and is over VERY time consuming to get an answer.
