- I can't quantify this with dollars, but having all information in one place and having one place to collaborate on projects has definitely been more productive than without using Confluence.

The best thing for documentation.
- Compared with many developments, project management and collaboration tools with the same richness of features, and especially for the improved communications and optimization brought back to the organization that really uses them.
- Atlassian tools are not expensive.
- It makes good collaboration with other Atlassian products and because of which makes itself better than for that price.
- Overall, I think the impact of Confluence has been positive. As a remote team, it simplifies process and communication for us.
- Confluence streamlines group work and tasks to make it clear who is doing what they should be doing
- Some of my employees do complain that confluence is hard to use and that they can't navigate around very well.
- Confluence has given us a new way to collaborate between teams and offices

Confluence seems to be very good early on
- I work on many different projects at the same time, and it has been easier to find certain assets/documents than previous tools we have used.
- It has especially allowed me to work much more efficiently with our design team as I don't have to constantly bother them for design updates
- From a overall business perspective, it is still too early to tell what the ROI is, but I believe it will be positive.

- The company has been using it since the beginning and it's hard to tell what impact Confluence had. The best way to estimate it's impact is to look at the company overall, and it's doing great, so ROI is definitely above 0%.

- Keeping many of the training documents and procedural processes in one location and in a single searchable base is efficient to say the least.
- Integration with calendaring and HR programs provide economy of scale and uniformity of use.

Confluence, solid document management tool
- I believe we've seen positive ROI with Confluence simply because it provides a repository of information necessary for the smooth operation of the organization.
- We embraced Confluence into our organization's culture with "Wiki Fridays." We encourage people to spend a significant portion of their Friday capturing documentation from the preceding week's work. It's a good way to close out the week and summarize what took place.

Fantastic wiki and document management system
- Reduction in SharePoint usage and costs. We were running an internal SharePoint server which required extensive licensing and and maintenance costs, which disappeared after migrating to Confluence.
- Time. Review times for documents, time searching for documents, meeting minutes preparation, etc. all were reduced by implementing Confluence.

Not many cons for Confluence
- Confluence has been instrumental in assuring that our knowledge base is shared with all team members and keeps everyone on the same page, improving customer satisfaction.
- Confluence has given us access to data from R&D and Engineering that has allowed our team to enhance our knowledge of our applications and troubleshoot more effectively, which eliminates the need for issue escalation and frees up our programmers to spend more time on features and bugs.

Confluence - A jack of all trades collaboration tool
- At a previous company, Confluence made creation and resolution of support tickets across a large and distributed organization very manageable. This was a major positive impact in that it allowed efficient management of many different customer deployments in a responsive manner.
- At my current company, Confluence would have had a negative impact do to the slowness of the product, adding a significant overhead for our small team to get things done.

Confluence - bringing organization and documentation to an unorganized/undocumented group
- Confluence has greatly improved our internal processes for projects and planning. We used to be a culture that emailed word docs back and forth, or just stored them in a common network area before Confluence (the stone age I know!). We're more efficient due to this now.
- We've used Confluence to create more of an importance on detailed documentation and notes on our environment (servers, applications, etc.). The amount of valuable documentation that we have is orders of magnitude more than we had pre-Confluence.
- From a team perspective, we couldn't live without it. We rely on it to help others learn our processes as we onboard and ongoing as we make them better.
- From a department perspective, we've been getting better at sharing information and helping others be informed with important details to make us faster.
- From an individual perspective, we use it to create personal space to store our blog writings for other team members to review.

- System Adminstrators are less enamoured with it due to the difficulties with upgrades and troubleshooting issues.
