It's a good product with features to manage email and file sharing security and helps manage and track all the traffic integrated with it. It mainly helps with malware and phishing emails within our email client. The UI is user-friendly and can be accessed from anywhere. Adding or changing policies is granular and easy to set up. It has custom filters, which can be very useful when trying to find custom queries. Similarly, the Mail explorer feature helps find the mails within all our users. All and all, it is a great tool with features that can be turned more advanced. Overall, It helped us stop plenty of phishing emails and differentiate the emails which are legit. It even helped us with drive anomalies and malware which we were able to quickly mitigate by cross-referencing with hash databases.

The simplicity of working with this system and the security of our emails is what Avanan has transformed and automated the need to query emails which has increased the speed of our operations greatly. It is a very user-friendly tool with a simple interface and is easy to use and customize its features to suit our needs.

Avanan is our premium email security option for our clients. It is in use across several different client markets and it has provided a high level of protection from phishing and scam attempts. We have been impressed with the onboarding experience as well as the continual support from Avanan. The product has performed the best out of several alternatives we tried.

I am a reseller & MSP. We help our customers to choose the right security products for their infrastructure. We mainly choose Avanan since it is an API-based solution that sits behind the M365 default security layer, hence truly providing the additional layer of protection for M365.

We currently use Avanan across the whole organization. We use it for protecting our emails in terms of phishing primarily, but also for monitoring and protecting Sharepoint/Onedrive.

We recently deployed the tool in a partner company that is currently using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). In that case, we implemented the tool for filtering emails and monitoring Google Drive.
