First of all, Norton was a much pricier tool and it was like self-sabotage for us. And if I'll compare it with Avast then Avast is the best option. Second of all, Norton was quite heavy for some of our systems of various departments. And we needed a single tool that we can implement in all of our departments and Norton was unfortunately not what we were looking for.

We once had an experience of using the AVG AntiVirus Business Edition for eight months and we experienced something surprising that it was not effective and active much as the prices were also too low as compared to Avast Business Antivirus. In short, to explain, Avast Business Antivirus is just [an] amazing antivirus and is working well enough with our organization to protect our systems. From our side, Avast is the best antivirus platform to experience by any organization.

  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (formerly Microsoft Defender ATP)
If you've gone all in with Microsoft 365 then Avast Business Antivirus starts to look less useful and at best provides secondary coverage. We made the switch recently as the feature set in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is deeper and can provide a lot more insight across the whole company. Avast Business Antivirus is great for a small to medium sized businesses.

Avast Business Antivirus is and has always been good to us. Compared to other products, it may seem pricey but outshines others regarding capabilities and level of protection. I would still choose this software again because it works as expected.

I don’t like the speed of action of Malwarebytes as it kept on scanning the whole day and detects nothing and even when we were using Avast our system came under the invasion of a virus and we had to face loss. But since we have been using Avast, we haven't faced any such unfortunate situation.

Comodo is a very sluggish tool as compared to Avast. Moreover, we haven’t found Comodo as powerful against these viruses as Comodo was unsuccessful in protecting our organization from a ransomware attack and we had faced a massive loss. But luckily then we shifted to Avast and we are highly satisfied with it.

For up to 10 users, Avast Antivirus is best suited for SMB. The well known interface for home users makes the switch to Avast Business Antivirus seamless. I ran a few virus detection scenarios and found that basically all antiviruses out there work as advertised. Known viruses are detected and quarantined. The most frequently used vector of attack is USB drives. A lot of Avast Business Antivirus users tend to use Avast Free and Premium solutions when experiencing SMB version. I would not recommend using Avast Business Antivirus on a PC without at least 8GB of ram or a Phone without at least 4GB. Fast (ssd) disk is good option and at least i3/ryzen 3 CPU.

I have used Kaspersky Endpoint Security software but after using Avast Business Antivirus then I came to know it provides incredibly excellent performance. Also it is available at a very reasonable price. Apart from this notification system of this particular application is enough useful that totally supports me by notifying about the updates in its features.

Avast Business Antivirus is not an intrusve as Norton Internet Security, when you use Norton Internet Security you feel like someone is asking why you do this, why you do that? if you open some file Norton Internet Security pop ups saying to you Do you request to open that file? and that is annoying for the user experience. Avast Business Antivirus on the contrary lets you work without asking every step you do on your system. And keeping you safe all the time with his real time scanner.

Let's put it this way: Avast is a platform that has matured over the years. I'm quite impressed with how far they've come from being just a spyware scanner to a full-blown endpoint security firm. I'm doubly impressed by the way they handled the conversion after they purchased AVG, of which we were clients, over to Avast in such a completely seamless fashion. These are tough tasks and they've done both well. In comparison to the others I've listed, it's hard to say exactly, since I haven't used the others in a while, but compared to Gravity Zone, Avast is much more intuitive to use, configure and manage. Sophos, per online reviews and peer recommendations (but not from personal experience), is supposedly a solid platform and does get better overall ratings than Avast. However I see no real reason to migrate as we are happy with the Avast platform at this time.

All mentioned Avast Business Antivirus is good at the core of protecting from a virus. But one of the major issue each of them is that they are heavy on the system and really slow down system usage. We selected avast for as it is easy to use and light on the system and also an aging multiple is also much simpler compared to another antivirus.
