Always very fast from a human response (< 1 day). However, I gave 5 out of 10 only because you are still not using a private enterprise Azure AI service ChatGPT for your documentation. You can use Azure AI service ChatGPT for your corporate Avaya Private AI system and all your help docs are put in there. As an end-user, I would only interact with your web front end or Avaya help app (if you create that) where I can ask questions and get your private ChatGPT to answer my helpdesk questions). It will open up a gold rush opportunity for you to see what other businesses are doing with Azure AI Service CHatGPT, recently announced.

Support has been hit or miss - easy queries like whitelisting numbers etc are dealt with more quickly however the more complicated the question the longer it takes in my opinion and I have had to chase for replies on multiple occasions I've found. Thankfully these types of tickets are not often,

When we have had to engage support, responses have been timely, but it does sometimes require additional follow-up as context is lost in translation with overseas support team.

The initial roll out and implementation was not smotth at all. I had to tough each phone multiple times and then enter a code. The instructions were delayed on the firewall settings and the recommendations for the firewall settings are not secure. There is no way we will leave https traffic wide open.

The Customer Service and Representatives are always kind and willing to go the extra mile to get anything resolved. Yet, we have not really needed them after the initial set up since the product actually works and we have not really experienced any major issues.

Without Avaya Cloud Office I believe our jobs would be much harder, For example, the option of video calls on apps and users being able to give us a call helps us because by just putting in our extension numbers they can let us know if they are having issues with servers or if an application is not working meaning we can act quickly. This is why I have given it a rating of 9/10.

From the initial setup of our Avaya Cloud Office through the installation process and even now we have gotten excellent from Avaya - with engineers and support teams that answer when we call to the easy-to-follow support documentation the process of upgrading has gone on with all of our team feeling confident in the features we utilize.
