Well, it seems to be well-suited. A distributed office like ours, which is over a hundred people in many locations, it seems to be suited for any kind of small business. I would not see it suited for larger offices or where there are two or more large locations. It does work in that area, but I don't think it's as well suited for anywhere over 500 to a thousand people.

So I haven't had one where it's not appropriate at all unless somebody was going pure cloud. Obviously, this is not a cloud product, but from an on-premise solution like the IP office is, we've sold it to companies that have five users and we've sold it to customers that have thousands of users. So it's very expandable, adjustable to be it's hybrid, so it's IP and digital mix capabilities. So that's a strong suit.

Perfect for smb and midmarket clients that are looking for an on-prem solution. Any customer that has many Branch locations which needs feature rich capabilities and can share centralized management. Same time, branch offices which will need local survivability and trunking.

The limitations of this unit are 2000 users, across 32 different locations. It is an SME product that is well past the border into enterprise territory with out having the enterprise expense. To top it off you can virtualize the servers! Anything outside of this scope would need to step into an Avaya Aura system. Do not forget to check with your vendor for leasing options if you do not want to have your new phone system fall into the category as a capitol project.
