employees use the video conferencing equipment that AVI installed for us. they love the convinience of being able to walk into a room and being able to present or do video streaming seemlessly. and it works the same in every room.

I will only speak to my scope of involvement with AVI-SPL. They were supposed to move a screen that they initially installed. They sent out personnel that have never worked with that type of screen before. I explained to the team they sent out that the screen was very fragile and that they would need to be careful with it as they worked on it. [In my opinion] they were not and they damaged the screen.
