We use AVI-SPL for lifecycle updates and tech upgrades in classrooms and auditoriums on a medical university campus. We have used a number of partners to accomplish our goals, but AVI-SPL is aligned with our expectations of cutting edge technology and end-user friendliness.

We were dealing with some technical issues with our School Theaters. AVI-SPL really came in and saved the day, with their wonderful services. They are our audio visual services go to and know how's. Anytime we have an issue with sound in our theaters, so use AVI-SPL. No other company compares.

Specific scenarios based on our experience where AVI-SPL is well suited was when we were in the middle of a presentation and the technology glitched. We were immediately able to get a hold of them, and they were able to fix, it so we could continue our presentation. This is why we use them.

We at the City of Coppell, worked with AVI-SPL for few years now, in this particular case the scope was to replace an existing display due to EOL, the display replacement turned into replacing display & control panel due to compatibility issues, though the work took a couple of days longer the project was completed as agreed and we are satisfied with the work AVI-SPL team has performed.

Pros
  • Follow up!!! Justin is the very quick to get answers as to the type of manufacturer and options we have that ability to do since starting the collaboration between us.
  • Listen. But Justin and Mike were very informed and quick with an answer or solution tour needs!
Cons
  • The only real issue I can see being a roadblock to the larger opportunities is the labor cost and AVI-SPL seems to hide it from us. Not sure why.
