We use the Barracuda Content Shield for our organization to ensure that we are protected from web-based threats and remote support for any issues that users run into. As a company with a very large remote workforce Content Shield allows us to address the issue of threats from all over the country and ensure that all employees are protected.

Barracuda Content Shield was compared to this product and in our opinion was more robust and cost effective for our growing firm. Barracuda allowed us to create filtering that worked for our firm and allowed us to make the customization easy so that all employees had access to what they needed and were not shut out.

Good filter for harmful or appropriate outside emails
Barracuda Content Shield is being used by our entire organization. The problems it addresses is unwanted outside emails that can pose as junk or harmless. This shield helps filter and make the user go an extra step to let legit emails through. There are enough spam emails and ones that can latch onto company information and steal sensitive data.

- Layout of program looks like an email so its easy to read and identify
- Helped many suspicious senders from getting into our system
- The layout is simple but its all one color and there are a lot of tabs that I don't know what they are used for
- I cant figure out why the Barracuda emails go straight to my junk box, I don't always check it so some emails have gotten lost

We chose this package because of our industry, there is a lot of web based information that can get lost or stolen. We want to be compliant and not lose any sensitive information.
