The Barracuda Forensics and Incident Response system is being used across our entire organization. Upon being notified by the Barracuda Sentinel of a possible email phishing attack or account takeover, the Forensics and Incident Response allows us to review the incident and then take appropriate action. We are also able to flag the issue as a 'false positive', if needed.

Good standalone security product to open your eyes about what lives in your email environment.
Barracuda Forensics and Incident Response helps me manage the spam or phishing mails that still get through despite the installed countermeasures. Because of the good countermeasures that are implemented, I don't have a lot of requests or issues in the application. The application itself offers a simple way of deleting harmful mails in user mailboxes and it centralises the reporting of spam of all users with the use of an Outlook plugin.

- Simple application with 2 tasks only
- Integrated in the Barracuda Total Email Security Suite
- If you own the total security suite, the use of the app becomes less important
- It would be nice to post a mail yourself in order to delete this mail from other mailboxes. If possible, it is not clear how to do this.
