The Bazaarvoice support team is very responsive when support tickets are submitted. If the team does not have an immediate answer or solution they will work on finding out the correct answer. The support team could be better about following up with customers after they believe that an issue has been resolved.

The Bazaarvoice team is always available via call, email, or any other platform to provide help, guidance, or to push or ask for the task we set earlier. They are talkative and easy to share information and discuss issues if there are any. Thay may have more out of box solutions for easy implementation, but as a whole, and regarding support I am satisfied.

Every time I've had to reach out to support, I've had a less than 24 hour turn around. Some times I get passed around but I end up with the correct person to address my needs by the end. Their customer service was easy to understand and their processes to get things done seem organized and efficient.

We have a great Client Success Director who is really attentive to our needs, and we have lots! She is really friendly and always gives tip and tricks on ways to do things. Even when things can't currently be done she will try and find a way to do them or raise them to be considered in the future. It's never a straight no! Raising a ticket with Bazaarvoice is also a good way to tech support which again are attended to in good time.

The support team is absolutely phenomenal. Not only do they take care of the issues we ask about, but they provide documentation explaining why something happened and even have other suggestions of how we can improve things. We've sent countless issues, and BV always has a simple, quick answer for us when we ask. Sometimes we'll ask about one thing and get help with many others. Really excellent support team.
