With Beanworks, the vendor states users can reduce manual processes like data entry and approval follow-ups, cutting invoice processing costs by 86%. Eliminate Paper with Beanworks
Beanworks has been implemented within our organization across all departments. We have also started using it within the other companies that we manage. Some of the companies that we do business with are not in the same building; Beanworks and its cloud-based system make it easy for us to still upload and manage invoices.
- It's easy to access.
- It's simple to use.
- It works well with QuickBooks.
- It could use more search functions.
- The sync tool takes a while to load up.
- Going green, as it eliminates paper.
- It's easy to download reports for audits.
I have not used a system like Beanworks before -- this is my first -- but it is a great tool.
- Syncing with Quickbooks.
- Uploading an invoice.
- Coding an invoice.
- Searching for a specific invoice, if you can't recall some information.
