I actually use Bomgar in a much more limited capacity as an ITSM administrator. I now only use it to look at the end users' desktop when they are having issues with ServiceNow, and even then only if Tier 1 and 2 technicians are unable to help the caller. The product is still very effective just as it was when I started using it 3 years ago.

We have many reasons to keep our Bomgar. Security is one of the biggest reasons. Not only is Bomgar one of the most secure means to connect remotely, it also records everything you do so there is no question as to what is going on or who is doing it. If an end user has a complaint, you have the tools to validate which party did what and when.

We have been using Bomgar for approximately 7 years. Each year we find more ways that it improves our level of support. It is a product that we consider crucial to our business. Bomgar's sales and support staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful with the few issues we have encounter over the years.

We are extremely happy with our experiences, both with the application and the vendor support. The applications functionality and feature set are great. The vendor support has been excellent, far beyond many of the other vendors we engage. We also like the future flexibility by many of the features that we have not yet implemented.

Besides the fact that Bomgar runs across multiple platforms, operating systems, and devices. We love working with Bomgar, they are continuously innovating and improving their product, they are always thinking of new features to add that improve our ability to support our customers, internally and externally. Bomgar allows us the greatest flexibility between a small chat client, and a full remote control package. The licensing is concurrent, and we staff 24 hours, so we don't need to buy a license for each login, we only need to buy a license for "number of seats" we are very happy with the pricing, maintenance, and support that we receive from Bomgar, and definitely will continue to renew them year after year after year.

We've had a solid relationship with Bomgar over the years and are happy with their products. A competitor would have to have some pretty outstanding, proprietary innovations to woo us at this point.
