Affordable and very usable
- Our web revenue has increased by about 500% over the last 3-4 years and BigCommerce was able to handle easily the higher traffic and order volume.
- Our BigCommerce plan if quite affordable, so our ROI is exceptional.
- BigCommerce is intuitive and easy to use, so we do not need IT specialists to maintain our website. This has saved us tens of thousands in consulting and outsourcing fees.

BigCommerce: The Vehicle To Get You Across The Finish Line
- We booked our first international large multi-pallet order in our history to a British corporation. In another first, we shipped the order direct to Ghana.
- We added 70 first-time customers since launch. Over half have ordered more than once.
- Integrating with two of our largest national customers' EAM systems has reduced the costs - and time - involved with order processing, including eliminating paper invoices. This has sped up our cash receipts from customers with payment terms.

BigCommerce - Big Solutions
- We've seen a dramatic reduction in abandoned online orders, due to cart recovery, and the improved UX for the customer, somewhere to the tune of a 60% reduction.
- Our online sales numbers, not just individual sales, but total revenue, have increased as a result of more customers moving away from phone orders due to the ease of the system. This has in turn allowed our call staff to put more of their attention to other specialist tasks in the company.
- It has reduced the time it takes annually to handle and audit our price changes. The process has dropped by about 2 full days, with a significant minimization in the rate of errors.
- Our shipping quotes for online orders are significantly more accurate, a difference of up to $20 per order for some customers, at huge savings to them. This is because it can interact so closely with our FedEx and UPS negotiated rates.
- There has been a tremendous relief among the company and the customers related to confidence in the system after the previous solution proved to be unreliable.

Good for [a] small business with a learning curve
- It is allowing us to take our ideas live with minimal third party effort.
- Time to actual launch is taking longer than expected, but that's on us.
- Since the shutdowns in 2020, BigCommerce has been an invaluable lifeline for me to make some money when other avenues of revenue were not available. I could not have made it through the past 18 months without my BigCommerce storefront. - Thank you
- Honestly, because I wasn't able to operate my crafting business as usual since the Covid-19 lockdowns, by having the BigCommerce storefront, I actually was able to see that maybe other avenues might not have been as cost-effective as I had believed them to be. Therefore, I have learned a lot over the past 18 months that I had not learned in the 7 years prior.
