One of the best features of [BigContacts] is automated reminders. It ensures that we do not miss out on information, meetings, tasks, etc. The dashboard is simple yet comprehensive. It is also useful in taking notes for individual contacts. BigContacts also makes sales forecasting easier with its effective reporting feature.

BigContacts has been of significant help to our sales team. It is now easy to automate and personalize follow-ups with prospects. Furthermore, the tool has empowered us to make better business decisions due to its in-depth reporting abilities. Sales executives can also log details or prepare for meetings on the go using the mobile version of BigContacts, which is highly advantageous.

  • The speed of the software can be an issue sometimes, but they are making considerable improvements with each passing day.
Everything else is good. They don't have a mobile app yet.
BIGContacts offers a custom sales pipeline that makes it easy to keep track of sales opportunities. We can limit viewer access to this pipeline and its stages. Moreover, moving opportunities within the pipeline is also easy due to its drag and drop functionality. BIGContacts also lets us set up automated reminders for important events and tasks.
