We needed a CRM to keep track of leads, deals and orders for our company. Bigin by Zoho CRM provides a CRM well suited for this purposes without a bunch of unncessary features that quickly hike up monthly subscription costs. The main business problem Bigin by Zoho CRM solves for us includes a way to visualises leads at different stages of our sales pipeline.

Bigin by Zoho CRM is excellent for Streamlining lead and sales pipeline management, Managing resident onboarding and ongoing interactions, and Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. It might be less appropriate for managing complex cases or handling detailed financial reports. So far, it does what I need it to do and does it well.

Bigin by Zoho CRM helps us in implementing out go to market strategy very fast. It helps our sales and lead generation process very fast which has tangible results. You can do complete more work with less employees. It really a great product. We will recommend everyone to use. This is really a great product for startups.

It was mainly used in my organization for maintaining leads and Managing Sales. It has been used across my organization right from sales department to service department for afterservice purposes. All the data from the different social media platforms are moved to CRM. It has mainly automated the problems related with Excel.
  • Lead Management: It manages the lead management system quite well.
  • Data extraction from different social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn.
Cons
  • It is quite easy for a new user, no training is required you are always ready to go with it.
  • The dashboard needs a bit of improvement and the user interface needs to be more user friendly.
It's available at a much lesser price as compared to other CRM's. The price per user is also much less as compared to other users. It's well suited for small businesses that need to move towards automating the manual process.
