I use Bigin for streamlining sales and simplifying customer service in my organizer. It has a very intuitive UI, which is quite beginner-friendly. For anyone who is new to CRM or starting small, Bigin offers a feature-rich platform which is made keeping in mind the needs of startups. And of course, the pricing is a cherry on the cake, quite affordable for small and medium scale businesses.

Cons
  • Could have some more applications in its marketplace
  • Adding Leads module would be great
  • Option to find any record in contacts or company module using simply Ctrl F (like spreadsheets)
Best suited for startups or any organization starting with their CRM journey.
For large data model organizations, Bigin might not be a suitable choice, Zoho CRM is the one to go for in that case.

I tried few difference CRM systems (Hubspot, AMO, Zoho, etc.) Bigin -is the most simple and user friendly from that list. I'm happy, that I found that solution, which helps me everyday to achieve my targets and manage all processes. Also, I actively use an app and integrated my Google account and any other sources

  • More freedom to a requered fields :)
I definetely woul like to reccomend BIGIN as a CRM system. Really like it because of user friendly interface. Easy going installation. Adaptive and flexible integration with different services. I also like the Bigin mobile app. Use it every day. When I had a problem with the CRM, a technical support representative really helped me fast

Very easy to customize and user friendly

I have been using Bigin by Zoho CRM mainly in sales related activities. The tool proves to be extremely useful when it comes to keeping and organizing all the crucial data in one place. It also helps to track and report the progress achieved in individual actions. Thanks to its features and an incredibly user-friendly interface, working with Bigin has been a real pleasure.

Bigin Zoho CRM is an extremely well suited tool for data managment in a smaller business. At the same time it could fall a bit flat for bigger companies that work with a bigger pieces of data due to its limitations. However, I think that it does its job perfectly and as long as the user knows what to expect, they will not be disappointed.

It was mainly used in my organization for maintaining leads and Managing Sales. It has been used across my organization right from sales department to service department for afterservice purposes. All the data from the different social media platforms are moved to CRM. It has mainly automated the problems related with Excel.
  • Lead Management: It manages the lead management system quite well.
  • Data extraction from different social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn.
Cons
  • It is quite easy for a new user, no training is required you are always ready to go with it.
  • The dashboard needs a bit of improvement and the user interface needs to be more user friendly.
It's available at a much lesser price as compared to other CRM's. The price per user is also much less as compared to other users. It's well suited for small businesses that need to move towards automating the manual process.
