I have been shopping around for a while or a CRM that could fit my small company. Bigin by Zoho CRM is a very versatile web based CRM ideal for any small company looking to integrate a hi-tech solution in a very easy and comprehensive way. Very steep learning curve, ease of use, at an affordable price. Excellent!

Bigin by Zoho CRM is ideal for any kind of sales teams, help desks, real estate agent, insurance agents or any independent professional willing to get a clear view of practice management. In my case, for example, with a consulting practice we benefit of a structured system that helps improve deal closing rates. It definitely helps small teams to keep the ball rolling.

Bigin by Zoho CRM is a perfect fit for small business owners like me. I'm a perfomance marketer and as a performance marketer, I like to maintain my deals in a clean and systematic manner. Bigin by Zoho CRM is very convenient for me as it provides workflows, easy customization and many other features. I'm really satisfied with it.

Bigin by Zoho CRM offers a comprehensive CRM solution at an affordable price. Easy to implement. Additionally, if you need more features, you can easily migrate to Zoho CRM. In my opinion, this a recommended solution for small and medium-sized businesses. We use Bigin by Zoho CRM to manage our big contacts database, as well as to control all the business opportunities centrally. In our company (1-10 workers), until now we controlled the tenders we submitted manually, but as we have grown, it was impossible to maintain that way of working. For that reason, we chose to try Bigin by Zoho CRM, and we are very pleased with the change.
  • Manage big databases. We have a large database of contacts and partners (more than 5,000 contacts), which are updated day by day, as a result of our participation in conferences, webinars, etc. For this reason, we needed a platform that would allow us to always have our database up to date, and accessible and editable by any member of the company.
  • Pipelines. Pipelines are very necessary in our daily lives, since we present many service proposals to different clients, and until now we control the status very manually. With Bigin by Zoho CRM, we can have all this information centralized in a single place, and know at all times the status of the service proposals we present (sent, pending decision, lost, won...).
  • Product definition. The product definition block has allowed us to further structure our typologies of products and services. At least, it has allowed us to reflect on them and what is the best way to package the service offered.
  • Control panel. The control panel has been very useful for us to be able to quickly see the main indicators (offers presented, next actions to be taken, etc.).
  • Integration with additional social networks (LinkedIn). We believe that it would be very useful if Bigin by Zoho CRM could integrate in the short-medium term with platforms such as LinkedIn, which is one of the ones we use the most daily to reach our clients. Therefore, it would be an aspect to improve.
Bigin by Zoho CRM is suitable for medium-size or small-size companies. In our case, being a small company, all the functions that Bigin by Zoho CRM offers are more than enough. If in the future we need features that are not currently covered by the platform, we will evaluate the possibility of migrating to Zoho CRM. But for the moment (until now we had never used a CRM), everything that Bigin by Zoho CRM offers us fits our needs perfectly. Perhaps for other very large companies, Bigin by Zoho CRM surely does not cover all needs, although I couldn't give examples.

At the beginning we work with Zoho CRM but Bigin is more affordable for our clients and the functionally is closer to Zoho CRM and meets the most important needs of them. We have connected Exaterra to Bigin through Bigin´s API, and we have excellent results and happy customers.

This is the best CRM software available for small-scale companies. It can be used with inbuilt forms to automatically create leads and pipelines. Additional features like custom fields, custom domains, products, email templates, etc. are a very big asset to the CRM software. We have been using this to capture and process leads with very good integrations with WhatsApp, Zoho Mail.

We are a small team with many steps in the sales process and several sales levels, meaning once one product is bought and set up, you can buy the following products. As different people might be involved in different steps, it is very efficient but also straightforward. Part of the team was pretty old school, so we needed something simple without a long learning curve for them.

If you want to integrate it with your marketing, you might need a better tool, but to be honest, I haven't really tried that yet. So, for what we do at the moment, it does 100% of the job. Let's see as we grow if we see a need to evolve to something more complex.

We tried different CRMs and as a small company on a bootstrap mode, Bigin is the one that best adapts on price and tools. It has been super helpful and quite easy to configure against other companies such as monday.com. We are glad that companies such as Bigin exist for small companies in regions outside the US and have accessible pricing.

Bigin by Zoho CRM is the perfect CRM to help grow our business, the system allows us to grow into a larger system as we grow. We're a smaller company that needed a new CRM, it allows us to grow our business, as we are growing, we can grow with the system to use other features. The support has been great.

Great tool to help businesses be more organized! Bigin is easy to understand and easy to use, even for beginners who aren't familiar with CRMs. We use Bigin mainly to track how well our business is doing and its simple User Interface allows us to immediately see tasks and updates on new projects. We have been using Bigin for a few weeks now and the ease in workflow is immediately visible. The trial period also helped us get to know the inner workings of the CRM first to really see if it would fit our business.

We utilize it for tracking the nursing homes and staff at the facilities we service. It helps us keep track of our accounts, who we service, what their roles are and contact information and more. Additionally, it is important for us for making notes and updates on the accounts. In the nursing home world the staff turns over a lot and it can be hard to keep track of everything and where they are now at. Additionally, it helps us keep track of our leads, prospects, and former clients so that our business development team can prospect and keep their sales cycles going.

It is great when you have a lot of clients and names to track. It is very easy to update and manage as well as it is great that others can see your notes. It is less appropriate for doing large blasts as it isn't as user-friendly for that. Also tracking each employee's activity is very challenging as a manager it is not very easy to see exactly what their statistics are.

Bigin is a great PA that organises our pipeline and presents the CRM data in a simple ways to navigate and follow up.

CRM always have a huge amount of data and sometimes it is very hard to navigate through and follow through all the data that are in there which creates opportunities to be lost. It was mainly used in my organization for maintaining leads and Managing Sales. It has been used across my organization right from sales department to service department for afterservice purposes. All the data from the different social media platforms are moved to CRM. It has mainly automated the problems related with Excel.

Recruit 50Plus uses Bigin to manage our clients, our strategic partners, and the deals we win (and lose). It is a great CRM for those who are not ready for the "big league" or want to get a feel for the power of a CRM. For us, Bigin is just perfect for the size of our business. We may move to Zoho CRM in the future, but we are in no rush.

The email marketing, which is the most reputable digital advertising means have been introduced to Bigin.

The CRM role more so for the medium size enterprises is what Bigin by Zoho CRM has done so effectively. Also, the contact list of employees together with their specific details have been well stored and secured by the application. The application made us introduce the marketing automation process, which double or significantly increases sales. Lastly, the social media engagement and involvement from the tool makes us reach to audiences in a wider scope.
