As what this software was designed to do, it works just as it is supposed to do. There are still so many things that I have still yet to stumble across with BQE but I am eager to learn them and I have no problem facing them head on. BQE works great for what we need it to do.

BQE core offers a relatively intuitive user-interface that allows both the employer and employee to keep track of information ranging from how many vacation were taken within a given timeframe, or how much time was spent working on a specific project/service. Although easy to use, it does suffer from some suboptimization and doesn't always feel very responsive.

The foundation is awesome, like I have said before, however the house being built on it, the educational resources being provided to us (more of sales pitches that don't work), and flexible workflow opportunities, is making us look elsewhere for how much we will be spending on per user. It's crazy to think how flexible they are not when it comes to user settings. Lack of integration with other sources is awful.

Navigating CORE is a breeze as the tool is visually organized well. Improvements need to be made to filtering. A more intuitive approach would help with generating reports and utilizing the resource allocation and forecasting tabs. Filtering by resource groups on these tabs are broken which is a huge inconvenience. Overall, though, the tool is easy to use as a whole, and the support team is very responsive and always available to help when you have a question.

It's very easy to use and straightforward. Everything is laid out in an easy to use pattern and can be changed, somewhat, based on user preference. The options are limited but it's a pleasant experience using the product and I can perform the tasks I need to perform quickly and without any issues.

BQE CORE just had undergone a "facelift" which is referred in their software as the New Look the same week we went live following migration. All product help videos and documentation show processes and features in their classic view. Even the trainers were not as versed in how things had changed in the New Look when we were getting training. There are still several things we must switch to the classic view to find. Perhaps the company rolled out their "New Look" a little soon, before the documentation and traning staff had been updated. Other than that we are generally happy with the functionality and have adapted to those things that work differently than in their other product BillQuick which we migrated from. Their customer service and issue resolution has some room for improvement.

Once BQE Core was set up for our team, it was fairly intuitive to figure out how to use it. Obviously all new systems take some getting used to, but maneuvering around the system is easy and the dashboard (especially the customization component) helps keep everything organized. Sometimes the system runs slowly and we've had to call for technical support. BQE Core has always been responsive and usually addressed our issue in the same day.

tool is excellent and super easy to use. This tool requires no training. Reports formatting/display is awesome. Dashboard provides a quick overview and navigation is super easy. Auto save feature has been a life saver.

I enjoy using this product, although there was a learning curve in the beginning, and I know that if I get stuck I can make a quick phone call to customer service and get assistance. The fact that customer service is available 24x7 is amazing.
