Best suited for stay on top of reviews that come in, where they are placed/being tracked, and how responsive we can be about the reviews that come in. Allows for connections of listings where reviews can be shared, like Facebook and Twitter.

The contract states that it is 12 months. Ok fine. However- it auto renews and, in my experience, they won't let you cancel until the next 12 months. I think it's worse than a big box gym membership. And guess what?? In my opinion, it's a total scam because once everything is set up in Birdeye (which I did btw- not them), it's set and forget. Meaning- they are doing nothing to contribute to the value of their initial offering. Which is fine- but don't keep me hostage to some insane contract.

Birdeye has loads of features that are valuable to any type of business. Review responding with Birdeye has been an effortless experience and has saved my team hours and hours of work each month. Even if you dont use the automated response feature, Birdeye makes it incredibly easy to response to reviews on an abundance of platforms.

Most businesses fail at communicating with their customers and Birdeye makes that process easy and beneficial for both the business and the end client. Every business that collects email and cell that deals directly with the public can use Birdeye. We feel just about every business can find Birdeye as a benefit so not sure where the less appropriate applications would be!

Birdeye has always been super useful for pretty much all of my clients who don't have time to focus on asking for reviews or responding to them. The Birdeye customer service team is always there to help so we never have to worry about anything on our end. Ajay has been especially helpful with any inquiries I have.

I think Birdeye is great for businesses that use a CRM system that is able to integrate with Birdeye so that clients are automatically pulled into Birdeye and sent review requests. I would also say this is more suited for businesses that see multiple customers and clients weekly versus businesses that maybe only have one or two clients a month. Ex: Dentist offices get great returns, but contractors/real estate agents may not be as great.

I have clients who say they are too busy to sent review requests to their customers but they would get so much feedback if they did. The integration feature is by far the greatest thing they offer.
This is the best for people who see a ton of customers in a week and my clients with less a week don't see as much success.

Birdeye is great if you are looking for a platform that can provide an all-in-one solution for review management, social posting, maintaining your online reputation, and a few other programs. I think Birdeye could use improvement on making sure reviews that are generated show up on the Google Business Profile every time, and support could help better solve issues like this when they come up. You may get a revolving door of Birdeye Support → Google Support → Birdeye Support... In my experience, both support teams will claim it's the other one while neither solves your problem or gives you anything beyond "we'll look into it."

since we are a reseller, the number of people I would get this granular with is pretty limited since I would just highlight wat they can do with our firm. That said, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering them versus one of the other technology providers in the same space. I have used other tools in the space prior and while the technology is pretty much the same everywhere, Birdeye's customer support is the very best

The customer service is excellent. I’ve never once had a problem with the company, but I feel if I did, it would be resolved very quickly. And the fact that I have so many reviews! I don’t like reviews that are fake and computer generated so it makes me happy that mine are genuine.

Social media and reviews are the best features. Once we integrated into Facebook and Instagram we were able to have a great look at everything.

So far, I cannot say for the surveys as we are in the very early phases.

Listings are perfect for when we are relocating a business.

Birdeye has some pretty sophisticated options for obtaining reviews. You can integrate it with several types of CSM which makes it easier and more efficient to send review request. However, in our field of work, we do not want to send review request to every client. Therefore, we have it linked up to our CSM but we do not have it on auto. I like how we can manually send reviews to our clients.

This app is great for engaging with prospective clients immediately and giving you a way to communicate with them without giving out personal cell data. It is also very helpful for soliciting and tracking client reviews that are made online. It is not suited for specific lead generation or for specific CRM type issues within the sales team.

Birdeye is great if you need a central place for multiple people/teams to track the same activities. It is great for keeping track of multiple moving pieces and for staying informed on multiple cases. Reporting is not as custom as I would like it to be. I would love the ability to filter and pivot the reporting dashboard section. For now, I download the raw data, sometimes in multiple reports, and combine them into one Excel spreadsheet then I can pivot and filter from there.

We use Birdeye to text with our clients. Our clients often need us quickly and texting has become the quickest and most efficient way to communicate. This app lets us do that and keep our private numbers safe and confidential.
