We used Birdeye to manager reviews. We were going to use it for referral management, but that became too complicated.

  • Sales staff is very good and communicative and English as a first language. The implementation staff... not so much. I found it very challenging communicating with that team.
  • In my opinion, the contract is outrageous. 12 months- ok fine. But then they auto renew for 12 months and, in my experience, won't let you out.
The contract states that it is 12 months. Ok fine. However- it auto renews and, in my experience, they won't let you cancel until the next 12 months. I think it's worse than a big box gym membership. And guess what?? In my opinion, it's a total scam because once everything is set up in Birdeye (which I did btw- not them), it's set and forget. Meaning- they are doing nothing to contribute to the value of their initial offering. Which is fine- but don't keep me hostage to some insane contract.

We are able to call residents back and address any issues they may have encountered with maintenance during work orders being completed.

I use Birdeye to send out review requests for several clients. We use Birdeye to get our clients' legitimate, 5-star reviews so that we can improve their online presence. I use it on a daily basis with 50-75 clients. Some of my clients are integrated, some of my clients use QR codes, and some of my clients send me client lists.

I would also say this is more suited for businesses that see multiple customers and clients weekly versus businesses that maybe only have one or two clients a month. Ex: Dentist offices get great returns, but contractors/real estate agents may not be as great.

I use Birdeye for about 100 of my clients. We use it mainly to get feedback from their customers. We have some insanely successful campaigns through Birdeye that have helped improve my client's SEO immensely. We also use it to reply to reviews. It adds a personal touch to their Google page and Birdeye makes it really easy to come up with responses and rotate through them. It saves my clients a ton of time.

Birdeye is great if you are looking for a platform that can provide an all-in-one solution for review management, social posting, maintaining your online reputation, and a few other programs. I think Birdeye could use improvement on making sure reviews that are generated show up on the Google Business Profile every time, and support could help better solve issues like this when they come up. You may get a revolving door of Birdeye Support → Google Support → Birdeye Support... In my experience, both support teams will claim it's the other one while neither solves your problem or gives you anything beyond "we'll look into it."

We joined Birdeye as a strategic partner 12 months ago. We work on a lot of review removal requests so this paired up well with that service offering. We use Birdeye for all of our review management clients, for organic outreach and responses, as well as for directory listing updates and client surveys.

I have used other tools in the space prior and while the technology is pretty much the same everywhere, Birdeye's customer support is the very best

I also use Birdeye for Mass Messaging (Text/Email) and for Survey and Reviews.
Also for answering question with Live chat and Chat bot for auto response with our FAQ.

I use Birdeye every day for my spa. I was getting all kinds of messages from social media, and Birdeye put all of those in one inbox. Also, I can pre-post on social media as far as I want in advance. That is a game-changer! It helps out a lot too because I am able to send surveys to customers as well as to employees. Also, Aditya, who is my representative, is great at explaining things to me and walks me through any questions I have with patience. I recommend Birdeye to everyone I meet!

Within our organization we use Birdeye for multiple purposes. We have the Listings, Social, Surveys, and Reviews. We use the reports for almost everything. We recently opened a new clinic and were able to bulk import contacts to send out information to the community quickly. We recently started using the surveys, and I love the fact that we can put specifics as to who gets the email or not. The inbox has a few glitches where we get a lot of inquiries and just don't have the manpower to respond to them all. An auto-response feature for the inbox would be a huge help. The Social feature is absolutely amazing! The reports are very accurate and give a nice overview of each account or everything together. Campaigns are fantastic and I love being able to see who has opened what and our response rate. Reviews are very easy to automate and integrate. No big issues or anything. Integration of the Surveys has been a little difficult, but we are getting there.

We use Birdeye in a variety of ways. Our original contact with them was to inquire about an online chat for our website. Within that process we learned the wide scope of services they offer and we put our online reputation in their hands. We love having "all things online" in one place. We can manage all of our reviews, chats, and referrals on their site. They had a great staff that walked us through the set up process to get everything up and running. We continue to have a monthly meeting with our representative that keeps us up on our progress and helps us to see what is working and what is not. They have always been upfront and honest about the modules that we need and which ones we don't. I think it speaks very highly of their integrity when they are trying to sell something, and they bring to light the fact that it's not something we needed. That is when I knew they cared about me as their customer and not just their sales. We have loved using the Birdeye platform!

We use Birdeye for social media, reviews, and texting more than any of the other features. The texting has been a game changer for us! Most people will respond quicker to a text than a phone call. It has saved us so much time and kept operations streamlined.

  • I think, although a wonderful feature, the social media function could be better. If you need to make an edit you basically have to delete it or go to each social media and do it directly.
Birdeye has some pretty sophisticated options for obtaining reviews. You can integrate it with several types of CSM which makes it easier and more efficient to send review request. However, in our field of work, we do not want to send review request to every client. Therefore, we have it linked up to our CSM but we do not have it on auto. I like how we can manually send reviews to our clients.

We use Birdeye to help streamline our review management process. We needed something that could help us keep track of negative reviews and how we are addressing them with the customer. Birdeye's ticketing system makes it easy for us to do that! It notifies us when we get a negative review and automatically creates a ticket for us to keep track of how we are remedying the situation. We can easily keep notes in the ticket and mark each as "in progress", "resolved", or "completed." The Birdeye team is extremely attentive and responds very quickly to any questions I have.

Birdeye is great if you need a central place for multiple people/teams to track the same activities. It is great for keeping track of multiple moving pieces and for staying informed on multiple cases. Reporting is not as custom as I would like it to be. I would love the ability to filter and pivot the reporting dashboard section. For now, I download the raw data, sometimes in multiple reports, and combine them into one Excel spreadsheet then I can pivot and filter from there.

We enhanced our Google platforms using Birdeye for reviews and integrated it with Payzerware to make it all more efficient, we just sit back and watch our review score grow on Google and other platforms.

  • On rare occasions, the platform does not sync to Google when a review gets deleted, so you have to put in a ticket for that, but they can also perform audits to help this not be an ongoing issue and having to keep track of each review.
We have tons of centers, so trying to get the data outside of Google is almost impossible. However, in Birdeye, its super easy and you are able to do automated reports as well.
